McKenzie Kurtz appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Kimmel to perform 'It Hit Me Like A Hammer' from The Heart of Rock & Roll. Kimmel sat down with Huey Lewis to discuss how the musical is 'significantly' different from it's pre-Broadway run. The televised Broadway performance is a rarity for Kimmel's LA-based talk show. Queen Theatrical Productions, Tribeca Theatrical Productions, Phil Mcintyre Entertainment and NETworks Presentations will launch the first North American tour of Queen and Ben Elton's We Will Rock You in Baltimore, MD, at the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center, in October 2013. The theatrical rock show, structured around 24 of Queen's biggest anthems, stars Brian Justin Crum as Galileo, Ruby Lewis as Scaramouche, Jacqueline Arnold as Killer Queen, P.J. Griffith as Kashoggi, Ryan Knowles as Pop, Erica Peck as Oz and Jared Zirilli as Britney. Ghost the Musical, beginning previews March 15th with the opening date set for April 23rd, is directed by Tony Award winner Matthew Warchus (God of Carnage, The Norman Conquests, Boeing-Boeing) and choreographed by Ashley Wallen (The X Factor, Kylie Minogue). Ghost The Musical is created by a team of Grammy and Academy Award winners, with a brand-new original score by Dave Stewart (half of the multi-Grammy Award winning Eurythmics) and Glen Ballard (Michael Jackson's Man In The Mirror, Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill), with a book by Bruce Joel Rubin (Ghost, Jacob's Ladder, The Time Traveler's Wife), who has adapted his Academy Award winning original screenplay for the stage. This brand new score also includes the iconic song 'Unchained Melody,' famously performed in the film by The Righteous Brothers.
