Today, Shucked, Broadway’s homegrown hit musical comedy, recently nominated for nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, celebrated today’s digital release of the Shucked – Original Broadway Cast Recording by hauling members of the cast and creative team through Times Square on a tractor/trailer. The cast of the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Shucked appeared on the TODAY Show this morning to perform their opening number, 'Corn.' The performance features Grey Henson, Ashley D. Over the weekend, Alex Newell, Grey Henson, and Ashley D. Kelley sat down on Good Morning America to discuss Shucked on Broadway. The segment also featured the show's viral fanbase, with some audience members also seeing the show up to 10 times. The video shared new production footage, including a look at the show's opening number, 'Corn.'

An all new song called “Somebody Will' has been released as the second single from the forthcoming Shucked – Original Broadway Cast Recording. Featuring Andrew Durand, leading man, the song is penned by Brandy Clark and Shane McAnally. Check out the video here!

Andrew Lloyd Webber's smash hit musical School of Rock The Musical will celebrate two years on Broadway, on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. The musical began preview performances at the Winter Garden Theatre (1654 Broadway) on November 9, 2015 and officially opened, to rave reviews, on December 6, 2015.
