A Twin Cities holiday tradition for many, this season marks the Guthrie's 45th production, making it the longest run of A Christmas Carol in regional theater history.

Before opening at Broadway's Stephen Sondheim Theatre, BEAUTIFUL: THE CAROL KING MUSICAL worked out its kinks at San Francisco's Curran.

The August 4, 2016 Broadway in Bryant Park show included a performance by the Broadway cast of BEAUTIFUL: THE CAROL KING MUSICAL. Cast members for the event included Chilina Kennedy, James Harkness, Douglas Lyons, Alan Wiggins, and Dashawn Young performing the numbers 'Natural Woman,' 'On Broadway,' and 'I Feel The Earth Move.'

The world premiere of a new version of the Meredith Willson musical, THE UNSINKABLE MOLLY BROWN, is open at the Denver Center Theatre Company. Host of 'In Focus', Eden Lane learns about the project from the creative team Dick Scanlan and the Director/Choreographer Kathleen Marshall. Beth Malone (Molly Brown) and Burke Moses (J.J. The Broadway League and The Coalition of Broadway Unions and Guilds (COBUG) featured special guest performers Andy Karl, Jarrod Spector, Lindsay Mendez and Adam Heller in the sixth annual Broadway Salutes event on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2014. Four-time Tony® Award winning playwright and actor Harvey Fierstein was the host. This public celebration honored the countless professionals who have made Broadway great. In this industry-wide celebration, theatre professionals received special recognition for having worked 25, 35, and 50+ years on Broadway. Directed by Marc Bruni (Beautiful: The Carol King Musical), Broadway Salutes took place at Anita's Way, the public space next to the Stephen Sondheim Theatre (West 42nd to West 43rd Streets- between Sixth Avenue and Broadway) located in the heart of the theatre district. Disney's newest musical stage show called Wishes debuted on the Disney Fantasy cruise ship, following a trio of graduating high school students on a magical ride through Disney animated films. Seen here is a scenes from the film Tangled, starring Rapunzel, Flynn Ryder, and the gang of thugs in the Snuggly Duckling. Alan Menken wrote the music for the original film. His song I've Got a Dream is featured in the video from Inside the Magic below!
