Production photos have been released of two-time Grammy nominee and Theater World Award winner Conrad Ricamora as Seymour in the three-time Best Musical Revival Award-winning production of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS. Ricamora began his run in the starring role on January 11, 2022 at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43rd Street).

Terry Teachout, biographer, playwright, director, and drama critic for The Wall Street Journal, has passed away. He was 65 years old.

Keen Company has announced its first musical commission: a new musical by Adam Gwon (Ordinary Days, Scotland, PA). Keen presented Gwon’s Ordinary Days in Fall of 2018 to great acclaim, including a nomination for the 2019 Drama League Award for Outstanding Revival of a Musical (Broadway or Off-Broadway).

The Off-Broadway production of Little Shop of Horrors has just cancelled tonight's (January 4) performance due to 'detection of a positive Covid-19 case in the company.' Performances are scheduled to resume to morrow, January 5, 2022.

This theatrical & musical evening consists of excerpts from her recently-completed autobiography, illustrated with luminous piano performances, visual imagery & dramatic narration.

Palm Beach Dramaworks, unable to perform onstage for audiences for 21 months due to the pandemic, begins its season of renewal on December 3 (8pm) with the world premiere of Michael McKeever’s The People Downstairs, a commissioned play that tells the story of the courageous souls who hid Anne Frank and seven others during the Holocaust.
