Hampstead Theatre has announced a full season of eight new productions beginning on 7 September 2023 and running until 16 March 2024.

Get a first look at The World Goes ꞌRound, the critically acclaimed revue featuring the music of John Kander and Fred Ebb that premiered off-Broadway in 1991 in a three-way co-production by ArtsCentic, Everyman Theatre, and Olney Theatre Center.

The newly reopened Bennington's Monument Arts & Cultural Center will be hosting three musical events as part of their soft opening, under the Artistic & Executive Direction of Kristine Lewis.

Stage West is excited to announce the lineup for its 45th season!   The new season will feature six shows, one of which will be a co-production. Four will be presented in the Evelyn Wheeler Swenson Theatre (“The Evie”), with two in the Jerry Russell Theatre.. The Library of Congress National Audio-Visual Conservation Center is announcing the full lineup of rare cinema and special guests to be featured at the inaugural Library of Congress Festival of Film and Sound. The new four-day film festival will be held June 15-18 in association with the AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center at the American Film Institute's beautifully restored 1938 art deco theater in Silver Spring, Maryland.

2nd Star Productions will present the musical Something Rotten at the Bowie Playhouse (16500 White Marsh Park Drive, Bowie, MD 20715) for 14 performances from May 26 to June 24, 2023.

Walloomsac River Theatre Company will be producing Strakid's 'Firebringer'' the musical, directed by Vincent Tatro, this June 15-18, performed at Bennington's Monument Arts and Cultural Center.

Penfold Theatre Company has announced the cast and creatives for Box by Jarrett King running June 23–July 8, 2023 at the Ground Floor Theatre.

Soho Rep presents the world premiere of multidisciplinary theater-maker, musician, and composer Jillian Walker's The Whitney Album. Walker's ritual performance flows between incantation, love lecture, scene, and song as it considers the labor of performance itself and honors the legacy of Whitney Houston and so many other Black women beloved, and consumed, for their art.

The Hollywood Museum played host to a spectacular photo exhibit, for Mother's Day to pay homage to the matriarchs of the MOTION PICTURE MOTHERS organization and the most celebrated working moms in entertainment with loving and amusing images with their families. The Atlanta Opera has announced that five creative teams have been selected to participate in the second annual 96-Hour Opera Project, a composition competition and showcase that pairs composers and librettists to write ten-minute operas. Bringing their completed works to Atlanta, the teams will workshop and rehearse their productions over four days from June 9–12, with travel, housing, singers, pianists and rehearsal space provided.

Tarantino Live: Fox Force Five & The Tyranny of Evil Men premieres this summer at Riverside Studios, with a 10-week season at Studio 2 at the Hammersmith venue, playing from 6 June – 13 August, with a press night on Tuesday, 13 June. 

Following Gabriels’ stunning, widely-praised debut at Coachella this year, the soulful-pop trio will be back on the road in the U.S. this summer – playing two special headline shows at Webster Hall in New York City on Thursday, July 27, and at the Ford Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday, August 12.

As the dust settles around Arts Council England's decisions concerning its National Portfolio funding announcements, Vincent Dance Theatre take a moment to celebrate ACE's continued support and what this means for this established company.  

The Staten Island Museum has announced the recent appointment of four board members: Dr. Brahim Ardolic, Executive Director of Staten Island University Hospital; Niles French, Senior Representative for National Grid; Dr. Viola Ortiz, internal medical specialist; and Patricia Ternes recently retired R.N. from the FDNY/WTC 911 Program. The Staten Island Museum Board of Trustees is led by Board Chair Daniel Jost.

The Herberger Theater Center has announced its 2023-2024 Season featuring three productions and a Mariachi & Folklorico Festival. The line-up includes a world premiere, an Arizona premiere, and a chilling drama. Audiences will be entertained, captivated and moved by the power of live theater.

Lighthouse Immersive has announced that the blockbuster Immersive Van Gogh exhibition at Lighthouse ArtSpace Los Angeles (6400 Sunset Boulevard) will host its final extension starting June 1; it must end June 11 after hosting over 620,000 guests in L.A. since it opened in August of 2021. 

Premiere Stages, the professional theatre company in residence at Kean University, has announced the 2023 Premiere Play Festival Semi-Finalists.

URINETOWN is currently wowing sold out audiences at the off-Broadway theatrical venue - THEATER 555 (located at 555 W. 42nd Street). Urinetown is being produced by Broadway Workshop and Project Broadway as their 2023 Main Stage production and runs through Sunday May 7th!
