Theatre Now's SOUND BITES 13 announced casting for its annual Festival of 10-Minute Musicals at Symphony Space, hosted by Tony nominee Andrew Lippa, featuring Courtney Bassett, Leenya Rideout, and nearly 50 performers.

OUR TIME: The Lempicka Reunion Concert will be held at The Laurie Beechman Theatre to kick off Pride Month. The one-night event will feature original Broadway cast members of LEMPICKA, including Eden Espinosa.

What did our critic think of BEETLEJUICE at National Arts Centre?

Broadway in Birmingham Tuesday night conjured a dark and dazzling production of Beetlejuice at the BJCC Concert Hall. Based on Tim Burton’s beloved film, the musical embraces the bizarre with open arms, bringing a night of dark humor, visual ingenuity, and a few surprisingly heartfelt moments.

OMG what a fun time I had experiencing BEETLEJUICE at Century II last night! The audience was having a blast, whooping and hollering, and gave the cast a standing ovation at the end of it all!

Lempicka is headed to Seoul, South Korea in 2026! It has been noted that the musical will be translated into Korean for this production. Learn more about the production here!

The Broadway production of Lempicka, the new musical portrait celebrating the true story of artist Tamara de Lempicka, was filmed by the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive (TOFT) at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts and added to its collection.
