You and a guest will receive two tickets to the highly-anticipated Broadway production The Rose Tattoo, a masterwork by Tennessee Williams, starring Marisa Tomei running September 19 through December 1, 2019. Roundabout will bring the Tennessee Williams classic back on September 19, and opening officially on Tuesday, October 15, 2019. Fresh off a month-long world premiere run at the esteemed Edinburgh Festival Fringe, All For One Theater presents the U.S. premiere of Lizzie Vieh's brutally demented romantic comedy, MONSOON SEASON. Directed by Kristin McCarthy Parker (Puffs), this twisted love story begins performances Monday, October 21 at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater (224 Waverly Place) for a limited engagement through November 17th. Opening night is set for Sunday, October 27th. Tickets, priced at $25, are available at www.afo.nyc.

Roundabout Theatre Company and Columbia University School of the Arts have announced the winners of Columbia@Roundabout's 2019 New Play Reading Series. As part of the collaborative partnership between Roundabout Theatre Company and Columbia University, the reading series awards three playwrights from the current MFA program and recent alumni with a cash prize as well as a reading in Roundabout's Rehearsal Hall, followed by a post-reading reception. Five finalists have also received cash prizes in recognition of their exceptional work. No other collaborative partnership in the New York area brings together an esteemed Ivy League MFA program with a Tony Award-winning, not-for-profit theatre. The reading series is made possible by a grant from The Tow Foundation.

When both Nicole and Tim each face their own personal challenges, we are reminded that although we cannot choose our family of origin, we can choose to build a supportive and nurturing family of choice comprised of select members of the family of man. An unexpected visit from Gail's estranged daughter, Angela (Cassie Beck) really upsets the routine and provides a reminder that forgiveness, like love, are both hard to ask for and often, even harder to give.

MCC Theater is currently presenting the New York Premiere production of Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow by Halley Feiffer and directed by Trip Cullman. Previously scheduled for a limited run through August 3, Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow will now play through Saturday, August 17 at the Susan & Ronald Frankel Theater at The Robert W. Like Aaron Posner's UNCLE VANYA-inspired LIFE SUCKS, still packing in the disillusioned masses at Theatre Row, the new offering by MCC is more of a freestyle riff on its sullen source material, lifting subtext to the surface in contemporary vernacular and shaving the whole thing down to a quick-paced 90 minutes.
