Carole Demas and Sarah Rice Join Infinite Joy Cabaret Benefit for The Joyful Heart Foundation to End Domestic Violence

The Infinite Joy Cabaret Benefit features Carole Demas (original Sandy in Grease) and Sarah Rice (original Johanna in Sweeney Todd) alongside a talent-packed cast on Monday, July 15 at 7pm at Don't Tell Mama to help raise funds for The Joyful Heart Foundation to help stop domestic violence and sexual assault. The show is musically directed by multiple MAC and Bistro Award winning Tracy Stark.

Urban Stages Presents a Brand-New Festival, SUMMER MELODIES 2019

Continuing its 35th Anniversary season, Urban Stages (Frances Hill, Founding Artistic Director) proudly announces the line-up for a brand-new festival patterned after its award-winning series WINTER RHYTHMS. SUMMER MELODIES 2019 will begin Thursday, June 20 featuring some of New York's best musical performances through Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Urban Stages Theatre (259 West 30th Street, just East of 8th Avenue). New Jersey Cabaret Festival Comes to Morristown

NiCori Studios & Productions proudly presents the third annual New Jersey Cabaret Festival on Saturday, June 1st at 7pm at the Morristown Unitarian Fellowship in Morristown, NJ. The New Jersey Cabaret Festival features performers who were born, currently live in, or have performed extensively in New Jersey.

AIP Presents its 17th Annual Cabaret Festival

Artists in Partnership (AIP), a non-profit cultural arts organization, will host its 17th Annual Cabaret Festival May 14-19 at the Long Beach Public Library, 111 West Park Avenue, Long Beach, NY. The festival will be a celebration of the cabaret genre honoring the Great American Songbook with performances by award-winning artists (MAC, Bistro, Broadway World, Nightlife awards, among others) and participants in the Adela and Larry Elow American Songbook High School Competition (who are noted by *). The Manhattan Association of Cabarets (MAC) has announced the 2019 MAC Award nominees. The nominees, in a majority of the categories, were determined by votes cast by the active MAC membership. Special committees selected the nominees in the Ensemble Instrumentalist, Piano Bar Instrumentalist, Piano Bar Singing Entertainer (Female; Male), Recording (LaMott Friedman), Major Recording, Song and Comedy/Novelty Song categories.

Celebrated performer and writer Justin Sayre will debut his new variety show "Queer Revolution Live!" at Joe's Pub on Saturday, February 9 and Sunday, February 10 at 9:30 PM. Saturday's program will features special guests Jaime Cepero, Darlinda Just Darlinda, Angela Di Carlo, Eric Schmalenberger, and Dane Terry, while Sunday includes Julian Fleisher, Daphne Only, Matt Knife, and Paul Solieau.

Voting for the BroadwayWorld Cabaret Awards is open! The BWW Cabaret Awards honor exemplary performers and productions in New York from November 1, 2017 to October 31, 2018. Nominees in all categories excluding Special Event - Solo and Special Event - Multiple needed to have performed all or the majority of their shows (at least two of three shows) during this eligibility period.
