Following a sold-out debut in April, John Lampe and Michael Wysong bring THE TUNEABOMBER back to The Duplex for an encore performance July 23rd at 6:30pm.

Queer Voices Cabaret, the new sibling company of the long-running Trans Voices Cabaret, will present it's inaugural show on Saturday, July 9th at The Duplex in Greenwich Village.

The 5th Avenue Theatre will complete its 2021/22 Season with a musical radio play production of Wonder Boy, a moving and poignant new musical about a transgender man attempting to find a new normal in his identity.

Up-and-coming musical theatre comedienne and writer, Megan Jayme (hi-MAY) Troost is making her New York City cabaret debut in her vibrant one-woman show, Words of Affirmation.

Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater proudly presents Marry Me a Little, with music & lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, conceived by Craig Lucas & Norman René. Performances are July 1-22 at 8:00 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays on the Julie Harris Stage.

On The Spot, the now 7-year-running improvised musical comedy show, is turning Monday night into an institution at the Broadway Comedy Club, and this month is partnering with Ariela Arnon (Show Me a Hero, iHeart Radio, Food Network) to create a night of spontaneous theatre like no other. 

The Green Room 42 has announced their 2022 Pride Week line-up for in-person performances.  As previously announced, The Green Room 42 has launched $5 tickets in celebration of their 5th Anniversary: five $5 tickets will be available for every show through February 14, 2023.

New York City’s Gay Pride Week will kick off with a performance of “Doing Time with Lavinia: The Musical,” a cautionary tale of one woman’s journey from Broadway to behind bars, written and performed by downtown diva Susan Campanaro, with an original score written and performed by Lynn Portas, directed by, and developed with Christopher Scott.

June 1st for one night only, Perfect Life, a new musical, will be performed in concert at The Duplex. With Music by Tony, Emmy, and Drama Desk winner Larry Hochman and Marc Elliot, Lyrics and Story by Marc Elliot, with Book and Additional Lyrics by Laurie Hochman, Perfect Life is based on the cabaret musical One Man Band.

The Off Broadway Alliance, an organization of Off-Broadway producers, theaters, general managers, press agents, and marketing professionals, today announced the winners of the 11th Annual Off-Broadway Alliance Awards, honoring commercial and not-for-profit productions that opened Off Broadway during the 2021-2022 season.

Party with the Plastics and The Drunk Texts this summer at Meaneth Girls, or The Tragedy of Regina George - Robert Price and Erin Leigh Schmoyer's Shakespearean adaptation of the cult classic!

Fresh off a sold out appearances at historical gay venues, The Duplex and Don't Tell Mama, New York City-based cabaret singer/actor Zoë Van Tieghem kicks off Pride month with her Birdland debut. Van Tieghem, accompanied by Matt Baker on piano, Paul Goldfinger on bass and Adam Ray on drums, brings her unique flair to the cabaret genre.

Boundless Tuesdays, featuring Eleanor Rigby Is Waiting by award-winning author David James Parr and live music performance from singer-songwriter Hadiza Dockeray and her band, plays its final sold-out performance, presented as The Closure Experience, today, Tuesday, May 10th at 6:30pm at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre Space (61 Christopher Street).

After sold-out shows in NYC last fall (and 2+ years after a star-studded week-long London residency) the award-winning, internationally acclaimed, completely improvised night of music and comedy returns to the Birdland Theater for one night only... and then moves on to London for two shows at The Crazy Coqs.

Drag Out Loud is a live-singing drag show from Donnie Cianciotto, the creator of Trans Voices Cabaret, that highlights the vocal talents of drag kings, femme performers, and trans/nonbinary drag entertainers. After 2 sold out shows, Drag Out Loud is returning to Purgatory, 675 Central Ave, in Brooklyn on Sunday, May 15th at 7:00PM.
