Cortland Repertory Theatre has announced plans for their “49th 1/2” annual summer season in 2021. Nine live productions, including concerts, children's theatre, and a drive-thru “theatrical experience” are planned from July 8 – August 24.

Legendary music impresario and manager Jim Halsey is celebrating more than 70 years in the entertainment industry. A pioneer of COUNTRY MUSIC innovation and expansion, the 89 year old Independence, Kansas native was honored in his hometown with the 2,000 seat auditorium inside Memorial Hall being renamed to the Jim Halsey Auditorium. The producers are simultaneously pursuing a feature film adaptation of the musical.
