NYC Winter Jazzfest will return for its 22nd edition with performances across Manhattan and Brooklyn, featuring the festival’s signature Marathon nights and additional shows and talks.

We had the thrill of attending the opening night for Pilobolus on Tuesday evening at The Joyce Theater when their “Other Worlds Collection,” Program A was performed. 

Craig Finn and Patterson Hood have announced plans for a very special co-headline tour. The shows get underway with a two-night stand at Seattle, WA’s Tractor Tavern on November 5-6 and then travel through the month.

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center's 2025-26 Season of Dance is set to include World Premieres by New Jersey Ballet, New Jersey Debut of Tango After Dark, and more. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

The 25–26 Broadway in Santa Barbara Series will include the following Broadway touring productions: Kinky Boots, The Book Of Mormon, Pilobolus: Other Worlds Collection, and Hadestown.

The Joyce Theater Foundation will bring mind-bending feats of movement to its Chelsea home for a summer sit-down return engagement with Pilobolus.

Connecticut rock band Goose, currently in the midst of a career-defining summer tour, released the newest episode of their behind-the-scenes video series, Day of Show. Shot and directed by Bryan Murphy, the intimate video captures Goose’s epic pair of sold-out shows at New York City’s legendary venue, Radio City Music Hall.

Written by singer/guitarist Rick Mitarotonda, “Arrow” captures Goose’s commanding display of fluid musicianship and creative intentionality with rich, soaring melodies that shine brightly alongside pulsing drums, and saxophone courtesy of Stuart Bogie (Arcade Fire, The Hold Steady). Plus, check out upcoming tour dates!

The album was recorded, at Figure 8 studios over the course of two weeks, with producer and engineer Phil Weinrobe (Adrianne Lenker, Buck Meek) and features an impressive cast of players including Cass McCombs, Stuart Bogie, Shahzad Ismaily, Felix Walworth, Gyða Valtýsdóttir and Doug Wieselman. Craig Finn has announced a run of live shows beginning June 28 at the Turf Club in St. Paul, MN. Finn and his band, The Uptown Controllers then travel down to Evanston, IL, and make a stop at Milwaukee, WI's SummerFest before heading to the Raccoon Hotel in Davenport, IA on July 1. The Miller Theatre at Columbia University School of the Arts continues its 2021-2022 Composer Portraits with Matana Roberts. Roberts' challenging, engaging, socially relevant music is heard in I call america: Sandy Speaks — a multimedia world premiere Miller Theatre commission performed by twelve improvising musicians including composer Matana Roberts.

Internationally celebrated Washington Depot-based dance company Pilobolus is returning to Litchfield County, Connecticut this Summer (July 21-25, 2021) with “BLOOM: A Journey,” its second annual roving car safari. 

The video was directed by Bell Orchestre bandmate and award-winning filmmaker Kaveh Nabatian who’s shot films for Arcade Fire, The Barr Brothers, Kahlil Joseph, Leif Vollebekk, Clara Furey, Half Moon Run, and Socalled.

The third annual Five Senses Festival, returning to Litchfield County, Connecticut July 30 - August 2, 2020, today announced the schedule and ticket sales for this beloved community event, presented in a safe, socially-distanced environment that creatively incorporates wellness guidelines into the overall guest experience.  The festival is produced by Washington Depot-based, world-renowned dance company Pilobolus and hosted by Spring Hill Vineyards.
