Congregation Rodeph Shalom presents four-time Tony Award nominee Tovah Feldshuh starring in a one-night only play reading of DANCING WITH GIANTS on Wednesday, November 14 at 7 p.m. at Congregation Rodeph Shalom, 615 N. Broad Street in Philadelphia. The play was written and will be directed by Tovah's brother, David Feldshuh, a Pulitzer Prize finalist for MISS EVERS' BOYS. The performance is one of the centerpiece events of the synagogue's year-long 90th Anniversary celebration of its sanctuary and is supported by First Trust Bank.

Emmy-winner Bill Oberst Jr. will portray author Ray Bradbury in an Off-Broadway show planned for the 2019-20 season, under a license agreement with the Ray Bradbury Estate. The first staged reading of Ray Bradbury Live (forever) is set for Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 7pm at Theatre Row, 410 W 42nd Street, NYC. A limited number of complimentary seats are available on a first-come basis.

Written by David Harms and directed by Drew Foster (in association with Skyhook Productions LLC) for its current run at the Clurman Theatre (NY's Theatre Row), What We Wanted is truly one of the most intriguing plays I have ever seen performed. After a few moments' adjustment in understanding exactly what is happening, followed by a brief evaluation of whether the family scene before us is acceptable or slightly unsettling, the characters simply become people whose lives are unraveled before the audience to reveal bare, confused human beings affected by the absurdity of life, just as everyone is.
