Paramount has released the first trailer for Better Man, the movie musical based on the true story of the meteoric rise, dramatic fall, and remarkable resurgence of British pop superstar Robbie Williams. In the film, Williams stars as a CGI-monkey variation of himself, as shown in the new trailer.

Robbie Williams's rise to fame will be told through the new movie musical, Better Man, which was recently acquired by Paramout. The feature is directed by Michael Gracey, who previously helmed The Greatest Showman. Williams is a member of the pop group Take That and is known for songs like 'Angel.'

Lloyd Webber has described the show as a a?oestand-alone piecea?? over simply a sequel to Phantom. It takes audiences on a second adventure with the characters on the other side of the Atlantic.
