Chaining Zero has launched the first of a series of online concerts with its Chaining Zero Sessions, an online series release of songs from the new musical Chaining Zero sung by top Broadway and Nashville talent. The first release features Jackie Burns  and singer/songwriter Jeffrey James singing the song 'Freedom' from the show.

Amanda Kloots on Nick Cordero's Health Status: 'We're in a Waiting Game'

Prayers (and dancing!) continue for Nick Cordero, who remains in a coma in a Los Angeles hospital after surgeons amputated his right leg because of complications from the coronavirus. His wife, fellow Broadway veteran Amanda Kloots shared an update today on Instagram:

Orlando Shakes Will Provide Stream of SHOWTIME WITH SHAKESPEARE: A MAGIC TREE HOUSE ADVENTURE to Orange County 4th Graders

Orlando Shakes in partnership with UCF will provide an on demand video of the company's 2017 production of Showtime With Shakespeare: A Magic Tree House Adventure to all Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) fourth grade students (approx. 15,000 students) with a post-show digital quiz and 'Magic Tree House Alive! Distance Learning Workshop' to be assigned to students with built in video homework for assessment.

Amanda Kloots Reports 'Good Signs' from Nick Cordero's MRI

The Broadway community continues to pray for Nick Cordero, who remains in a medically induced coma in a Los Angeles hospital after surgeons amputated his right leg because of complications from the coronavirus. His wife, fellow Broadway veteran Amanda Kloots shared an update today on Instagram: 'We got a pretty good report back from the MRI. There doesn't look to be anything that is inflicting Nick from waking up, which is a really good sign. It wasn't completely clear, and we're still waiting to hear from the neurologist,' she says. 'He's off all blood pressure medicine, which is huge. And they are slowly working on lowering the ventilator assistance, which is great.'

His wife, fellow Broadway veteran Amanda Kloots shared another update today on Instagram: 'Things are going pretty well. Nick is being weaned off the medicines and machines, which is really great progress. Mental status is still unchanged, so they want to do an MRI as soon as possible to further investigate what's going on with his brain and spine, just to cover all bases. That should be happening some time soon.'
