WELCOME TO HERETOFORE, a world premiere comedy written by Steve Nevil, was developed at Theatre West and presented in their annual "best of workshop" festival, WestFest 2016 last fall.

Fresh off its recent IRNE wins, Hub Theatre Company of Boston will continue its fifth season with the hilarious theatrical romp Waiting for Waiting for Godot by Dave Hanson Friday, July 14 through Saturday, July 29 at Club Cafe, 209 Columbus Avenue in Boston's Back Bay. Performances are Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2 pm.

Cutting Ball Theater, the Bay Area's number one destination for experimental theater, has announced the program for its 2017-18 Season. Affirming its commitment to avant-garde works of the past, present and future, and to re-envisioning the classics, next year's season is bookended by Pulitzer Prize winner Paula Vogel's The Mineola Twins and Shakespeare's late tragedy, Timon of Athens. Rounding out the season is a two-week festival in February featuring three series of plays.

On June 8, 10, 11, 17, and 18, 8 PM at Teater & Galeri Salihara, HELATARI SALIHARA 2017 will be held featuring five choreographers with various concepts close to our 'daily' life. Starting from everyday life in Jakarta, the life of sculptors, traditional dance magic to the dance movement that was born from the interpretation of literary works.

On June 17, between 11am and 1.00pm, London's newest theatre is hosting an open morning for residents and community groups in the area.  The Playground Theatre, which is set to become the only theatre in North Kensington, will open its doors to offer a sneak preview of what will be on offer when the first production is staged there this autumn. With family friendly entertainment as part of the morning, this is an opportunity to see the facilities, experience the auditorium, soak up the atmosphere and sample the sumptuous cafe at Latimer Road and Ladbroke Grove's new venue.

Steppenwolf Theatre Company presents the world premiere production ofPass Over by Antoinette Nwandu, directed by Danya Taymor. A provocative and hilarious riff on Waiting for Godot, the complete cast features ensemble member Jon Michael Hill (Moses), Julian Parker (Kitch) and Ryan Hallahan (Mister). Pass Over runs June 1 - July 9, 2017 in the Upstairs Theatre, 1650 N Halsted St. Press performances are Saturday, June 10 at 3pm and Tuesday, June 13 at 7:30pm. Tickets ($20-$89) are available through Audience Services at 312-335-1650 or steppenwolf.org. Laguna Playhouse has announced that acclaimed actor Hal Linden (replacing the previously announced Bruce Davison) has been added to its very special theatrical event also starring Gregory Harrison, Dan Lauria, Charles Shaughnessy, French Stewart & Vanessa Stewart in TESLA: A RADIO PLAY FOR THE STAGE, written by Dan Duling and directed by Michael Arabian.

Showered with rave reviews and following two sold-out runs in 2016, Lee Tannen's incredibly personal, funny, bitter-sweet play "I Loved Lucy" about his 10-year relationship with TV comedy legend Lucille Ball is to transfer to London's Arts Theatre for a strictly limited 7-week season from Wednesday 19 July.

The Edinburgh International Conference Centre hosts the spectacular Cirque Eloize alongside Festival favourite Nina Conti and contemporary dance show Requiem for Aleppo as part of the Pleasance's Edinburgh Fringe programme this August. This programme marks the launch of a brand new partnership between the two venues.

Although Evening Star Productions and Sol Children Theatre are not yet through their fourth and fifteenth seasons, both companies - under the direction of founder and Artistic Director Rosalie Grant - are deep into preparation for next year's productions.

Notorious punk rock/cabaret performer Billy Hough will now get back to exercising his thespian talents when he performs the lead role of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in the Provincetown Theater's new production of "Amadeus" in Provincetown, MA, running May 24th through June 11th.

Theatre for a New Audience presents the Yale Repertory Theatre production of Samuel Beckett's masterpiece Happy Days. Two-time Academy Award-winner Dianne Wiest (Hannah and Her Sisters, Bullets over Broadway) plays Winnie, widely considered modern drama's pinnacle female role, alongside Jarlath Conroy, who plays Willie, directed by Yale Repertory Theatre Artistic Director James Bundy.

The Old Globe today announced its 2017-2018 Season, which will kick off with the world premiere musical Benny & Joon, with book by Kirsten Guenther, music by Nolan Gasser, and lyrics by Mindi Dickstein.
