Taormina FilmFest Unveils 64th Edition With Over 50 Films Along with Master Classes and In Conversations this July

The sixty-fourth edition of the Taormina FilmFest, produced by Videobank and taking place July 14-20 under the new artistic direction of Silvia Bizio and Gianvito Casadonte, has unveiled its full program with over 50 films, including 14 World Premieres, 12 European Premieres, and over 10 Italian premieres, including documentaries and shorts. The screenings will be held in the halls of the Palazzo dei Congressi, where Master Classes and In Conversations featuring special guests will also be hosted.

Zeitgeist Films, in association with Kino Lorber, is pleased to present LOVE, CECIL, a documentary portrait of the legendary Cecil Beaton directed by Lisa Immordino Vreeland (Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has To Travel, Peggy Guggenheim: Art Addict). Winner of the Hamptons International Film Festival's Audience Award for Best Documentary Feature, the film world-premiered at the 2017 Telluride Film Festival. LOVE, CECIL will open in New York on Friday, June 29 at the Film Society of Lincoln Center's Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center with a national rollout to follow.
SundanceTV & Sundance Now Announces Partnership with Tele Munchen Group for THE NAME OF THE ROSE

Tele München Group (TMG) and AMC Networks' SundanceTV and Sundance Now have announced a partnership on the major television event, THE NAME OF THE ROSE, produced by 11 Marzo Film, Palomar and TMG in co-production with SundanceTV and RAI Fiction. The limited series will launch in 2019 on RAI in Italy and SundanceTV in the US, and will stream on Sundance Now in the US and Canada.

Classic Spring is delighted to announce real-life father and son, Edward and Freddie Fox, are to play fictional father and son in Oscar Wilde's An Ideal Husband, from 20 April at the Vaudeville theatre. Also starring, in the role of Mrs. Cheveley, is Frances Barber. Directed by Jonathan Church, An Ideal Husband will play at the Vaudeville Theatre 20 April to 14 July 2018, before opening the Theatre Royal Bath Summer Season on 18 July to 4 August 2018.
