The Chain Theatre has announced their latest expansion at 312 W. 36th Street, now home to theaters and studios on both the 3rd and 4th floor of the building.

James A. Pierce III, a 2020 AUDELCO Award winner for Featured Actor in a Musical (The Dark Star from Harlem; La Mama E.T.C.) and a 9 year Broadway Veteran (Lion King, Anastasia) returns to the New York Stage in Evan Edwards' new drama Members of the Choir, directed by Rick Hamilton.

MorPi Productions in association with Chain Theatre has finalized casting for the workshop production of Members of the Choir, a new full-length drama by Evan Edwards. The play will be presented at the Chain Studio Theatre, 312 West 36th Street, 4th Floor on October 22 and 23 at 8pm and October 23 at 2pm.

Playwright Jessica Durdock Moreno is the 2021 recipient of the John Golden Award for Excellence in playwriting from the Faculty of NYU Tisch. Presented as a workshop production running in tandem with the Chain One Act Festival July 24th 2021 - August 15th 2021.

The Chain has announced free Zoom readings of GEORGIE D by Jessica Durdock Moreno. Friday, March 19th at 7PM and Sunday, March 21st @ 3PM.

The production begins previews tonight 20 October for an opening on Monday 30 October 2017, and BroadwayWorld has a sneak peek at the company in rehearsal below!

Stripped Scripts (with Executive Producer Greg Schaffert) will present the NYC Premiere of Kieron Barry's Tomorrow in the Battle, directed by Tana Sirois (The Last Eden with Dirt contained Theatre Company) at Theater 511 (511 West 54th Street between 10th and 11th Avenue), tonight, October 11, through October 28.
