LEMPICKA Will Open On Broadway Spring 2024

Lempicka, the sweeping new musical portrait celebrating the gripping true story of renowned artist Tamara de Lempicka, will open on Broadway this spring at the Longacre Theatre (220 W 48th St). Eden Espinosa, who originated the titular role in critically acclaimed performances at Williamstown Theatre Festival and La Jolla Playhouse, will star in the production.

The Jasper String Quartet releases 'Insects and Machines' - Vivian Fung's String Quartets - on Sono Luminus, the premiere commercial recording of Fung's Quartets Nos. 1-4. The portrait album was recorded by the Jasper String Quartet (violinists J Freivogel and Karen Kim, violist Andrew Gonzalez, and cellist Rachel Henderson Freivogel).

Zegler will be joined in the film by Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen and Tony-winner Andrew Burnap as a new male lead character. Tony and Academy Award-winning composing duo Benj Pasek and Justin Paul will write new songs for the movie, which is a reimagining of the 1938 Disney animated classic.
