Get a first look at Pittsburgh CLO's production of Disney's FROZEN at the Benedum Center. The production runs from July 18th through Juky 27th. This beloved tale of sisterhood comes to life on stage, offering audiences an unforgettable blend of romance, adventure, and magic – including all the iconic songs audiences know and love, plus 12 songs written especially for the Broadway production. 

Starlight Theatre has announced the cast for its upcoming production of Disney’s Frozen, featuring two young Kansas City actresses—Bellamy Kelly and Hailey Kenyon—in the roles of Young Anna and Young Elsa, respectively.

BroadwayWorld is excited to report that Chris Hayes and Fabiola Caraballo Quijada have won Best Performance by an Actor and Best Perfromance by an Actress. 

Elena Ferrante-Martin, Bishop Gorman High School (Las Vegas, NV) and KoKo M. Thornton, Enloe High School (Durham, NC) will be bestowed with the Inspiring Teacher Award, at the 2025 Jimmy Awards.

An overly-enthusiastic sold-out crowd filled the Benedum Center as Pittsburgh CLO and The Michael J. Kara Family celebrated Allegheny County’s finest high school musical theater performers at the 34th Annual Pittsburgh CLO Gene Kelly Awards for Excellence in High School Musical Theater on Saturday, May 24, 2025.

Today’s subject Carolee Carmello is a performer of epic proportions to be sure. Her career has thus far included turns on Broadway, national tours, regional theatres, and on several recordings. Currently she is playing the title role in the national tour of the Tony Award winning musical Kimberly Akimbo. The tour will be at the National Theatre from May 20th through June 1st.
