RLJE Films has acquired all North American rights to the upcoming horror film All the Creatures Were Stirring. Written and directed by David Ian McKendry (The Dump) and Rebekah McKendry (The Barista), known for their amazing work at Fangoria and Blumhouse, the film stars Constance Wu (Crazy Rich Asians, "Fresh Off the Boat"), Amanda Fuller ("Orange is the New Black"), Jonathan Kite ("2 Broke Girls"), Jocelin Donahue (Insidious: Chapter 2) and Graham Skipper (The Mind's Eye). RLJE plans to release the film on VOD, Digital and DVD on December 4, 2018.

(NYSE: BKS), the world's largest retail bookseller, announced the return of its Black Friday Signed Editions program, a customer favorite, with over a half-million autographed books by more than 150 highly acclaimed authors. The largest promotion of its kind kicks off on Black Friday, November 24, at Barnes & Noble stores nationwide, while supplies last. The autographed books span many genres and interests, and were signed by authors for Barnes & Noble customers.

Lincoln Center Hosts Annual LC Kids Trick-or-Treat Event

Lincoln Center once again welcomes costumed kids and families for a festive Halloween celebration. Hosted by the LC Kids program, the all-ages event will feature trick-or-treating around the cultural campus, a parade to live music, a haunted scavenger hunt, a David Bowie tribute concert and dance party, and a number of additional free activities to delight all ages. Last year's inaugural Trick-or-Treat event welcomed more than 10,000 people to Lincoln Center, marking it as a destination for families and children of all ages to celebrate Halloween.

Zeitgeist Stage Company presents the Boston area premiere of Samuel D. Hunter's A GREAT WILDERNESS, set in a gay conversion camp in Idaho. A gentle Christian counselor takes on one final camper before his retirement, but the boy wanders off into the woods, setting in motion a physical search for him and soul-searching for the adults in his life. The plot gets lost in the woods with the missing boy, resulting in a very different play than anticipated.
