People's Light kicks off its 2018/2019 Season with Such Things as Vampires, a highly theatrical folk-punk twist on the Dracula tale. Infused with lilting ballads, rock anthems, and melodious love songs, this concert-theatre event is an irreverent, bloody, and wickedly fun retelling of Bram Stoker's 1897 gothic masterpiece. Such Things as Vampires runs September 20 - October 31 on the Steinbright Stage in Malvern. Tickets range from $30-$50.

National Sawdust+ will present "On the Frontlines" at National Sawdust, the Brooklyn based arts incubator, on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. The one-night only event, curated for the series by Elena Park, brings Mariana Sadovska - the "Ukrainian Bjork" - and Emmy-nominated genre-bending composer, violinist, and arts leader Daniel Bernard Roumain together for an evening that examines war and resistance through the lens of performing arts, especially music. Both of these critically acclaimed composer-musicians will perform and discuss their work during this presentation.

Gagglebabble, the company I run with Hannah McPake, has always been interested in mixing the buzz and excitement of a live gig with the storytelling and drama of theatre.
