The fourth installment of Pride Films and Plays' His & His.'  cabaret series - entitled 'Broadway at the Broadway' will be performed on Thursday, June 8 in The Broadway at the Pride Arts Center, 4139 N. Broadway. The His and His series follows the development of LGBT characters on Broadway, and celebrates the artists who wrote the great works of musical theater.

Little Miss Sunshine, music and lyrics by William Finn and book by James Lapine, is directed and choreographed by Maggie Portman and music directed by Nick Sula. From the Tony Award-winning team of James Lapine (Into the Woods, Sunday in the Park with George) and William Finn (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee) comes a musical comedy about one modern family's unexpected route to brighter days. Based on the Academy Award-winning film by Michael Arndt. Chicago Theatre Workshop will be the first company in the US to present the show since its off-Broadway run at Second Stage Theater. 

The third installment of Pride Films and Plays' His & His.' cabaret series will be performed on Tuesday, April 11 in The Broadway at the Pride Arts Center, 4139 N. Broadway. Pride Films and Plays celebrates its first holiday season in the Pride Arts Center with three special LGBT-themed cabaret/musical variety events in December. All three events will be staged in The Broadway, at 4139 N. Broadway.

PREMIERES, the New York based music theater organization whose mission is 'to bring new music theater to light,' has announced the complete cast and creative teams for this season's Inner Voices, the biannual series of solo works featuring new teams of playwrights and composers. Performances began October 3rd and continue through October 29 at The TBG Theatre (312 West 36th Street - between 8th & 9th Avenues). Opening Night is tonight, October 13th at 8:00pm.

After selling out shows across Chicago, "WOZ: A Rock Cabaret," is back by popular demand for five performances only now through July 17, 2016 at Victory Gardens Theater, 2433 N.
