The White Plains Performing Arts Center has announced the cast for its upcoming Mainstage production of THE PROM, playing October 7 – 23. Leading the cast are Broadway Veterans Janine LaManna (Seussical, Sweet Charity, Drowsy Chaperone) as Dee Dee Allen and Felicia Finley (Wedding Singer, The Life, Aida) as Angie.

Fulton Theatre opens the regional premier of Jersey Boys Thursday, June 30, 2022. Jersey Boys is the story and history of Frank Valli and The Four Seasons. The production follows the journey of the band's creation, the struggles they faced, and the triumphs that made them one of the most recognizable American rock and roll bands.

It's enough to win an advertising contest looking for the girl with 'IT,' but will it be enough to charm the heir to the retail empire that employs her? The show is a retelling of the 1937 Paramount Picture, 'IT,' which starred Clara Bow and MBT has paid homage to the era by setting the show in black and white. BroadwayWorld Detroit had a moment to chat with The IT Girl's leading lady, Sara Kmiec about her role of Betty Lou Spence, the charming show, and why the show has 'IT.'

More than 40 years after its creation, Dan Goggin and Robert Lorick's musical, Johnny Manhattan, had its world premiere in Goggin's home state, Michigan. Featuring a book and lyrics by Lorick, music by Goggin, and directed and choreographed by Mark Martino, Johnny Manhattan played a successful engagement at the Meadow Brook Theater (Rochester Hills, MI) in September 2017. Performance rights for the new musical are now available through Samuel French, the world's premier theatrical publishing and licensing company.
