Additional casting has been announced for Emojiland, including George Abud (The Band's Visit) as Nerd Face, Emojiland Co-Writer Laura Schein as Smiling Face with Smiling Eyes (aka a?oeSmizea??), Emmy Winner & Grammy Nominee Felicia Boswell (NBC's Jesus Christ Superstar LIVE, Shuffle Along, Motown) & Natalie Weiss (Everyday Rapture, YouTube's a?oeBreaking Down the Riffsa??) as the loving couple, Police Officer and Construction Worker, and Ann Harada (Avenue Q, Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella) as Pile of Poo. They are joined by previously announced stars Lesli Margherita (Matilda, Dames at Sea) who will play Princess and Josh Lamon (The Prom, Groundhog Day) who will play Prince. Additional casting will be announced soon. The production will have a limited Off-Broadway run Thursday, January 9, 2020 through Sunday, March 8, 2020 at The Duke on 42nd Street in New 42nd Street Studios (229 West 42nd Street, between 7th and 8th Avenues). Emojiland The Musical garnered 12 nominations and 5 wins at the 2018 NYMF Awards and was a 2018 Richard Rodgers Award Finalist.

Popular musical theater actor Ellora Lattin makes her concert debut Monday, Nov. 11, at 7:30 p.m. Lattin's performance, 'Ellora Lattin in Concert,' is part of the Covey Center's Excellence in the Community series.

Three all-star lineups are set for the next concerts in the new Broadway Sings spinoff series, Broadway Sings: Unplugged. On September 30, October 21, and November 18, The Green Room 42 will present three different casts for Sara Bareilles: Unplugged each month, featuring original a?oeunpluggeda?? arrangements of the singer-songwriter's hits, orchestrated for an acoustic band. Each night will offer two identical shows: 7pm and 9:30pm.

On Monday night, 16 Broadway stars were featured in Broadway Sings Ariana Grande, the latest concert in the Broadway Sings concert series at Sony Hall. The tribute concerts take the music of well-known music icons and create new, unique arrangements and orchestrations by twisting the style to fit the strength of the performer. On July 29, the series will continue with its spinoff concert, Unplugged, in which Alanis Morissette will be honored at The Green Room 42.

It was all about brilliant melody, harmony, rhythms, and profound lyrics last night as the songwriters Marcy Heisler and Zina Goodrich celebrated over a quarter-century of romantic comedy writing with a one-night all original show. As in all of their highly entertaining musical adventures, Marcy & Zina brought along some of their super talented and famous friends. Lots of great new songs in this show, but of course some of their classics were included, although I had to settle for a regular coffee and not one from the Latte Boy.

5 years after opening on Broadway BKLYN The Musical finds a home with theatrical licensor, Broadway Licensing. It's hit song 'Once Upon a Time', originally sung by Eden Espinoza, has endured long after the show closed. Famous ladies to tackle the power ballad include: Diana DeGarmo, Natalie Weiss, Isa Peña, and Anneliese van der Pol.

Natalie Weiss will conduct a vocal performance master class as a guest instructor at Theatrical Artist's Prep in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. The class will take place on Saturday, May 11th from 3:00pm-7:00pm and is open to teens and adults 13+.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 Broadway's newest intimate concert venue will present the original music of singer-songwriter Anthony Nunziata on Monday, April 15 at 7:00 PM. Performers will include Tony Award and Emmy Award-winner Lillias White, J. Harrison Ghee (Lola in Kinky Boots), Kissy Simmons (Nala in The Lion King), Natalie Weiss (Everyday Rapture), Marissa Rosen (The Rocky Horror Show), and 16 year-old pop singer Caroline Cohen, in addition to other surprise guests.
