Casamigos joined Benjamin Millepied and his foundation LA Dance Project last night for its annual gala. Joined by wife Natalie Portman, Millepied hosted guests including Jane Fonda, Mindy Kaling, Jodie Foster, Andie MacDowell and Paula Abdul.

Robert Battle, Artistic Director of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, announced today that internationally renowned performer, choreographer, director, and multi-disciplinary artist Francesca Harper has been appointed Artistic Director of Ailey II, the Ailey organization's acclaimed company of young dancers. Ms. Harper will assume her duties on September 7, 2021, and will immediately begin preparing for Ailey II's return to the stage.

The Muny announced today the 12 extraordinary dancers and singers for its third show of its 103rd Season, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, August 12-18. After what will be a 23-month intermission, The Muny's 103rd season will open with the Muny premiere of Smokey Joe's Cafe, followed by The Sound of Music, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, On Your Feet! and Chicago.

Coming this spring, The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre will lovely skewer musical theatre, stage mothers, and ambitious child stars in its production of Ruthless! The Musical.  As previously announced by the theatre's producers, due to current health and safety protocols in place limiting cast sizes, Ruthless!
