Very Intense Productions will present RSO: MONDAY THE 13TH, an intimate evening of songs by multi-award-winning composer-lyricist Ryan Scott Oliver at Feinstein’s/54 Below. Show time will be 7:00pm on Monday, September 13, 2021.

Before 'Great Comet,' I didn’t have a singular favorite show. If asked, I’d list off 'Wicked,' 'Les Miserables,' 'Chicago,' 'Hamilton,' and 'Evita,' but I couldn’t give just one answer. But now, the answer is easy. This show is my absolute favorite of all time.

Next month, FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club & Private Event Destination, will present some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond.

As theatre comes roaring back, this autumn and winter see plenty of exciting new productions, including big West End musicals and intriguing plays. Here are the shows that we’re most looking forward to seeing.

Winsome Pinnock's new political play finally gets a full run at the National, after its Royal Exchange Theatre premiere was curtailed due to Covid. It's apt since Pinnock began work on the play, which won the 2018 Alfred Fagon Award, while on attachment with the National Theatre's New Work Department in 2016.

The Skirball Cultural Center will house the Los Angeles debut exhibit of Star Trek: Exploring New Worlds opening October 7, 2021. Organized by the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), Seattle, under license by ViacomCBS Consumer Products, this comprehensive exhibition will display costumes, props, scripts of the original Star Trek TV series, as well as its numerous reincarnations that successfully followed. The upcoming film adaptation of Wicked is set to reunite director Jon M. Chu with cinematographer Alice Brooks! Chu had previously directed this summer's film adaptation of In the Heights, which also featured Brooks as Cinematographer.

The concert features performances by Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, and more! Filmed July 27-28 with the Nashville skyline as the backdrop, this three-hour, artist-curated primetime special features more than 30 individual performances and collaborations from the biggest names in country music.  

Elayce Ismail directs Tom Mothersdale (Him/Man) joining the previously announced Richard Katz (Tatte) and Abigail Weinstock (Her/Baba). The production opens on 14 October, with previews from 7 October, and runs until 27 November. Learn about the cast and how to get tickets.

One of the most famous stories in universal literature will take Sao Paulo stage. Cinderella, o Musical premieres on September 2, at Teatro Liberdade, after being seen by more than 200,000 people in its previous productions. With Fabi Bang spearheading the new cast, Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella has original direction and a Brazilian version by Charles Moeller and Claudio Botelho, with Vanessa Costa signing the direction of the revival. The show returns in a big way, bringing names like Andre Loddi (Prince Topher), Gottsha (Stepmother), Helga Nemetik (Fairy Godmother), Diego Montez (Jean Michel), in a cast of 22 actors. The production is by Touche Entertainment.

Producer Jeffrey Seller and Broadway in Austin presented by Texas Performing Arts announced today that single tickets for HAMILTON at Bass Concert Hall will go on sale to the public Thursday, September 9 at 10:00 a.m. CT for performances December 7 – 19, 2021.

The National Theatre has released production images for Rockets and Blue Lights. Directed by Miranda Cromwell, the play was first staged at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester before being cancelled due to Covid-19 and will now open in the Dorfman theatre from 25th August to 9th October 2021.
