The acclaimed series Cabaret on the Couch Live! returns to The Green Room 42 on December 20th at 9:30pm, with a festive night of song to celebrate the holiday season.

Cirque du Soleil is celebrating its return in Houston by adding three weeks of performances to the local engagement of Alegría - its most iconic production. Now from November 13th to January 2nd, audiences are invited under the Big Top at Sam Houston Race Park to experience the pure theatrical magic of Alegría; an entirely-redesigned fan favorite.

Slow Burn Theatre Company returns to open its highly anticipated 2021/2022 season in the Amaturo Theater at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts with Songs for a New World from Tuesday, Oct. 12 through Sunday, Oct. 24. The season is presented by American National Bank, South Florida’s premier community bank.

Play-PerView has announced its latest streaming programming for the coming months. For two weeks, beginning July 22nd (through August 4th), Play PerView is taking one of its biggest streaming events out of the vault in celebration of Comic-Con “@Home 2021.”

Subtlenuance will present a monumental project Morning Star, featuring some of Sydney's most exciting established and emerging writers, at Marrickville's Flight Path Theatre from 23rd June to 4th July. 

Art Lab and ShowTown Productions just announced that Diana DeGarmo and Ace Young – former “American Idol” contestants who are married in real life – will co-star in a new virtual production of the 2013 Broadway musical comedy, First Date. The production, directed by Meg Fofonoff, will stream for five performances from July 23-25 on the ticketing platform, Stellar. 

Art Lab and ShowTown Productions have announced a special streaming presentation of BKLYN The Musical, available for three performances this June 4, 5, and 6. Directed by Fofonoff, the cast of BKLYN The Musical includes Diana DeGarmo (Hair, BKLYN national tour) as Brooklyn; Miguel Cervantes (Hamilton national tour, American Idiot) as Taylor & more.

The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues will mark their one-year anniversary with a series of unforgettable monologues. Twenty-four actors have been paired with twenty-four writers, who have crafted unique pieces especially for their actors. From 6 PM until 10 PM, new monologues will be published every 15 minutes.

Matthew Bourne’s “Romeo and Juliet” is premiering Thursday, February 18 at 5:00 p.m. and streaming Friday, February 19 at 5 and 8 pm; Saturday, February 20 at 2, 5 and 8 p.m. and Sunday, February 21 at 1 and 6:30 p.m. (all times Pacific).

The Stratford Festival’s “Antony and Cleopatra” will premiere Thursday, February 11 at 2 pm Pacific and is available on demand through May 12, 2021. The lavish Stratford Festival film is free to Center Theatre Group subscribers and supporters and $10 for all others.
