Production photos have been released for the world premiere of May We All: A New Country Musical ahead of opening night on Wednesday, June 15. Mark your calendar as MAY WE ALL: A NEW COUNTRY MUSICAL Producer Brian Kelley will take the stage during opening night of the show on June 15, as he steps into the rotating role of “Bailey Stone”. A second round of guest artists has also been revealed today (5/18) including Kaylee Rose, Michael Ray, Taylor Hicks, and Twinnie.

Birdland Theater will present the return of New York-based, Honduran-American violinist Marissa Licata for two shows on Sunday, March 27 at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM.

The Grammy and Tony Award-winning musical JAGGED LITTLE PILL, inspired by the seminal rock album of the same name by seven-time Grammy Award winner Alanis Morissette, will not reopen from its recent suspension of performances due to positive COVID-19 cases detected within the company. All tickets for canceled performances will be refunded at the original point of purchase.

Weekend performances of Jagged Little Pill have been canceled due to the detection a limited number of positive COVID test results. Performances are canceled through December 21 and will be refunded at the point of purchase. .

Tonight’s performance of Jagged Little Pill has been canceled out of an abundance of caution, due to the detection of a positive Covid-19 case in the company.

Highlights of the night were Shaieb’s THE HOUSE WHERE I GREW UP AT CHRISTMAS, Mariah Carey’s ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU (a total home run) and her encore, Stephen Schwart’s MEADOWLARK - a theatre opus that she still managed to make sound Christmassy.

Due to high ticket demand, Second Stage Theater has announced a one-week extension of the world premiere musical SUPERHERO. The production will now play through Sunday, March 31, 2019.
