Cast Announced For Jose Rivera's New Play LOVESONG (IMPERFECT)

Sara Koviak, Francesco Andolfi, and James B Kennedy - all alumni of Planet Connections Theatre Festivity - will star in Jose Rivera's new play, Lovesong (Imperfect) running February 8 - 22 at The Theater at the 14th Street Y, 344 E 14th Street, New York City. Previews are Sat, 2/8 @ 7:30 p.m.; Sun, 2/9 @ 5 p.m.; Mon, 2/10 @ 7:30 p.m.; Tues, 2/11 @ 7:30 p.m.; opening Sat, 2/15 @ 7:30 p.m.; and running Sun, 2/16 @ 5 p.m.; Mon, 2/17 @ 7:30 p.m.; Tues, 2/18 @ 7:30 p.m.; closing on Sat, 2/22 @ 7:30 p.m.

STONES IN HIS POCKETS Opens November 1 At South Camden Theatre Co.

Stones In His Pockets takes place in a scenic spot near a small town in County Kerry Ireland which has been taken over by an American Hollywood film crew. Charlie Conlan (Steve Carpenter) and Jake Quinn (Brian McManus) have been employed as extras on the film and tell the story of the impact this movie has on their local community.

FIVE TEENAGERS WALK INTO A BAR To Begin Film This Month Outside Of L.A.

Producer Ron Hanks today announced the start of filming of Five Teenagers Walk Into A Bar later this month outside of Los Angeles.  This coming-of-age, short film tells the story of five barely acquainted teens – an almost-famous Instagram model Nicole Elizabeth Berger, a Goth girl Lana Schwartz, a young transgender person Isaiah Stannard, a blonde truth teller Violet Young and a sassy redhead cheerleader Clara Young – who are abandoned in the middle of the barren desert on a field trip from a fancy LA private school.

Today, Hulu announces the premiere of brand-new Hulu Original animated kids series, The Bravest Knight. Hulu has ordered 13 episodes of The Bravest Knight from Big Bad Boo Studios. The first five episodes will premiere on Hulu June 21, followed by additional episodes later this year. HOW TO KEEP AN ALIEN Comes to Corrib Theatre

Corrib Theatre presents Sonya Kelly's How to Keep an Alien, directed by Gemma Whelan, a comedy-filled play about two women falling in love and battling the international red tape that's working to keep them apart. The production features Sara Hennessy as Sonya Kelly, with Amy Katrina Bryan on stage as herself, the stage manager. How to Keep an Alien runs for four weeks, April 12 through May 5, at New Expressive Works, 810 SE Belmont St., in Portland, Oregon.
