Luna Stage has announced a new Solo Show Creation Workshop VOICES ACROSS AMERICA. The workshop will be co-facilitated by 3 Solo Performers. The workshop will be limited to 9 participants. 

Luna Stage is launching a nation-wide virtual solo show creation program, Voices Across America. The project will be collaboratively facilitated by three solo performers via Zoom, and was inspired by Luna Stage's American Voices series which premiered last year and featured world premieres of solo projects.

New Jersey Theatre Alliance has announced the launch of Stages Online. Stages Online is a digital platform for audiences to engage with virtual opportunities from New Jersey's professional theatres within the safety of their homes.

Luna Stage has launched a series of programs to connect, celebrate and inspire local communities during the time of COVID-19. These include free 10-minute playwriting classes for community writers, solo show creation workshops featuring voices from across the country, a song cycle of commissioned pieces inspired by local heroes, and summer camps.

The Naples Players (TNP) welcomes actor and director Ian Gould as a special guest to their live, online theatre meet-up Tuesday, May 7th at 4 p.m.(EST).

Luna Stage is thrilled to launch the Valley Ambassador Ticket program in advance of the final weekend of their critically-acclaimed production of Pass Over, offering $5 tickets to underserved audiences for all 2020 productions on Luna's MainStage. Underwritten by Valley National Bank, this initiative will ensure that tickets to professional regional theatre are accessible to all.

Inspired by a true friendship, Deborah Brevoort's My Lord, What a Night produced by Orlando Shakes in partnership with UCF - Central Florida's largest professional theater company, runs from March 18 - April 26, 2020. This production of My Lord, What a Night is part of a National New Play Network Rolling World Premiere. As part of its acclaimed American Voices series, Luna Stage presents Hooray For Lady Land! Gay History For Straight People! written and performed by Will Nolan as his comic alter-ego Leola.

Emmy and Golden Globe winning actor Sterling K. Brown will underwrite the Wednesday, March 4 student matinee of Luna Stage's production of Antoinette Nwandu's Pass Over. 

Casting has been announced for Pittsburgh CLO's World Premiere of the award-winning musical comedy UNTITLED: A New Musical Comedy About Serious Drama at the Greer Cabaret Theater April 3 - May 3, 2020. Originally developed during Pittsburgh CLO's SPARK Festival, UNTITLED has since gained wide acclaim, including earning writer Matt Schatz the ASCAP Foundation Harold Arlen Award. Don't miss this edgy new musical satire about showbiz, stardom and self-reflection.

Aurora Theatre Company continues its dynamic 28th season with  Joe Orton's LOOT. Former Aurora Artistic Director Tom Ross (Everything is Illuminated, This Is How It Goes, A Delicate Balance) directs this comedic tour de force.

Pass Over, now playing at Luna Stage, will extend through March 8, 2020. The new play, which opened February 6, has received audience and critical acclaim. Pulp Vérité, a new play by playwright Crystal Skillman will receive a 29-hour reading with the award-winning The Workshop Theater. The presentation will culminate in two readings on March 6th at 3 and 7 PM, at the A.R.T/NY studios (520 8th Avenue), in the Bruce Mitchell Room. The reading is free, and reservations can be made at www.workshoptheater.org.

Luna Stage's Summer Performance Conservatory for young artists, ages 12-17 returns for 2020, led by teaching artist and Broadway veteran Karl Kenzler. Auditions will be held at Luna Stage, 555 Valley Road in West Orange, on Thursday, February 27 from 4-6pm and Saturday, February 29 from 2-5pm and by appointment. Students selected for the program will collaborate on a devised play that they will perform on Luna's MainStage theater this July.
