Rising Scottish indie rockers, The Snuts, have unveiled “Elephants”, their first taste of new music since the March release of their debut Mixtape EP. 

Rising British indie rockers, The Snuts, have released their debut Mixtape EP via  Parlophone Records. The 9-track EP, which includes their brand-new self-produced single “Don't Forget It (Punk)”, is available to stream and download now HERE. 

Avant Neo-Soul meets jazz musician KID BE KID has released her new single, 'Slide feat. Julia Kadel & Simon Denizart', on the 6th of March. The track premiered via BBC Radio 1Xtra's Jamz Supernova and is lifted off of her upcoming EP, Lovely Genders which will be released on 20 March via SPRINGSTOFF. While she composed and produced the EP herself, KID BE KID sought assistance from LAD AGABEKOV (Grand Corps Malade, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Octave One) for the master engineering. She has made quite a name for herself on the jazz festival scene, appearing at Fusion Festival (Kate Tempest), Festival International de Jazz de Montreal (Norah Jones, Jacob Collier, Melody Gardot), Elbjazz (Jamie Cullum, Kamaal Williams, Jason Moran) as well as the European Hip Hop Studies Conference, where she appeared as both a speaker and a performer. A number of publications have begun to take note of KID BE KID with features appearing in COMPLEX, BADISCHE ZEITUNG and Qiez and airplay from Worldwide FM and KCRW.

Fresh from releasing the critically acclaimed 'Grime MC' album, BBK don JME is the latest huge act to be announced for Love Saves The Day, bringing his Grime MC FM show to the Crack stage for the very first time in the UK. The legendary MC will be joining an already stellar line-up featuring the likes of Orbital, Krept & Konan, Little Simz, Peggy Gou and many more. Also announced for the main stage is man of the moment DigDat - he joins the festival's multitude of grime talent across the weekend.

The Visionary Arts Foundation has announced the shortlist for the annual Visionary Honours awards on Wednesday 18th March 2020 at the Ham Yard Hotel, Soho, hosted by leading British comic and disability rights advocate Sally Phillips and featuring a special guest performance by rising star singer-songwriter Marika Hackman.

After cementing its position as one of Bristol's leading festivals, Love Saves The Day returns with their first wave of acts for unmissable 2020 edition, taking place on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May 2019.

US creatives Joywave recently took over The Lexington in London for a one-off headline show as part of their 'Possession Sessions tour'. It was the band's first performance in the UK in five years and only their second headline appearance in the city to date and saw them play to an ecstatic, sold-out audience.

Thundercat heads out on his biggest headline tour to date across North America in Spring 2020. The 26-date run is the longest he's ever undertaken and includes Webster Hall in New York and the Wiltern in his hometown of Los Angeles. European tour dates will be announced later this month.

'Artists to Watch' is now in its 6th year with the list consisting of 20 artists who Vevo believes will break through in the coming year. Vevo will premiere two performances from one artist per day from November 4th, with the rollout culminating on November 29th.

Today, Malaysian international pop star Yuna debuts her new video “Castaway” featuring Tyler, the Creator on BET Soul and BET Her. The track is from her new album Rouge, which is out now via Verve Forecast and also features collaborations with Little Simz, G-Eazy and more.

OVO Sound has released a new soundtrack titled Top Boy - A Selection of Music Inspired by the Series in conjunction with the Season 3 premiere of the popular U.K. based show on Netflix. The album features 17 tracks of new and original music from some of the most important artists in the U.K. including Dave, Headie One, Fredo, AJ Tracey and Little Simz, as well as OVO artists Baka Not Nice, Popcaan and Drake (full tracklist below). Earlier this week, Drake announced the soundtrack after attending the Netflix premiere event in London. 

Netflix has released the trailer for the new chapter of Top Boy. Ashley Walters (Bulletproof, Sugarhouse) and Kane Robinson reprise their roles as 'Dushane' and 'Sully', joined by newcomer Micheal Ward as 'Jamie' (The A List, Blue Story). The series features musical artists Simbi Ajikawo 'Little Simz', David Omoregie 'Dave'. Shone Romulus (Out) returns as 'Dris' and Ashley Thomas (24: Legacy, The Night Of, Black Mirror) returns as 'Jermaine'. New cast members include Lisa Dwan (Trust), Jasmine Jobson (Lie Low, Obey), Kadeem Ramsay (Sex Education, Blue Story), Saffron Hocking (London Kills, White Gold), Kola Bokinni (Hunter, Killer, Black Mirror) and Hope Ikpoku.

The LP features collaborations with acclaimed artists Tyler, the Creator, G-Eazy, Little Simz and more. “I've always wanted to make a very classy album,” Yuna explains of the new record, “I've become the woman I've always wanted to be. The whole album is about how I am with myself. I'm comfortable with my relationship, with my focus on my career. It's the color of becoming this woman that I am.”
