The 2024 cast will feature Lissa deGuzman (‘Jasmine’ in Broadway’s Aladdin, Wicked), Syndee Winters (‘Nala’ in Broadway’s The Lion King, Hamilton), and Anneliese van der Pol (Broadway’s final ‘Belle’ in Beauty and the Beast, Disney Channel star of “That’s So Raven” and “Raven’s Home”), as well as Adam J. Levy (Moulin Rouge, Waitress).
Next week, 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club and 2022 Tony Awards Honoree for Excellence in the Theatre, will present some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond. 54 Below celebrates Broadway musicals and writers of the past and present, promoting an ongoing engagement with their work. The Cape Playhouse, the longest-running professional summer theatre in the country, is excited to present Lerner & Lowe's musical, Camelot. After a 43-year absence, this award-winning masterpiece will again grace the Playhouse's stage from August 16th - 26th, directly following its current production of An American in Paris.
Wicked is finally coming back to East Lansing from May 10th through 28th. After premiering on Broadway in 2003, Wicked received 3 awards at the 2004 Tony Awards, and has been touring the continent ever since 2005.
Carrie St. Louis will star as Elle Woods in the Kansas City Starlight Production of LEGALLY BLONDE. The production will be Directed and Choreographed by Nikki Snelson, who originated the role of Brooke Wyndham in the Original Broadway production of Legally Blonde. St. Louis most recently starred in the off-Broadway hit TITANIQUE, as well as starring roles in Kinky Boots, Wicked, and Rock of Ages on Broadway.
Wicked is a superb production, in every area from lighting and costume to choreography and special effects. And of course, the cast is second to none. Through March 26, Wicked soars into Straz Center for the second time, which is magical. A prequel to The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Wicked gives us a different perspective, explaining why the Wicked Witch became wicked and showing us the not-so-good side of teenage Glinda the Good Witch.
WICKED is a wily piece of pop. It turns 20 this year, but you'd never know that sitting in Dr. Phillips Center for the show's third tour stop in Orlando. Its shrewd indictment of society's worst instincts and most seductive assumptions still tear through a room like a twister...
Today's subject Lissa DeGuzman is currently living her theatre life on tour as the belting green faced witch Elphaba in Wicked. The show runs through January 22nd in the Opera House at Kennedy Center.

Wicked is back in Chicago. The first time it played here, it ran for more than three and a half years. Directed by Joe Mantello, musical staging (choreography) by Wayne Cilento and a stunning set by Eugene Lee along with the lighting by Kenneth Posner once again transports the audience back to Oz and the audience still loves it. Before entering the Nederlander Theatre, someone within the organization was handing out green I've Seen Wicked (fill in the blank) Times! The numbers I saw ranged from 0 to 21.
