The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts today announced complete casting for its world premiere musical production of Little Dancer. The musical features book and lyrics by Tony Award winner Lynn Ahrens, music by Tony Award winner Stephen Flaherty, and direction and choreography by five-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman. Performances of Little Dancer will take place in the Kennedy Center Eisenhower Theater from October 25 to November 30, 2014. Press night will be Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 7:30 p.m.

Today, July 9, 2014 Westchester Broadway Theatre will celebrate its 40th Anniversary. The Theatre has a history of 184 main-stage productions and nearly a thousand Monday/Tuesday special events and concerts. WBT's objective with this world-class venue is to always provide its audiences, which come from far and wide, with the highest production values and most memorable entertainment and dining experiences.

Westchester Broadway Theatre presents its 40th anniversary production of Disney's and Cameron Mackintosh's MARY POPPINS, a musical based on the stories of P. L. Travers and the Walt Disney Film, featuring original music and lyrics by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman, book by Julian Fellowes, new songs and additional music and lyrics by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, co-created by Cameron Mackintosh. Craving a show after the show? 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, is expanding its popular late-night series with fresh faces and hot new performances to keep the party buzzing into the wee hours. Located just below the legendary Studio 54 at 254 West 54th St., 54 BELOW welcomes you to loosen your tie and embrace the night at its upcoming events:

Sally Struthers portrays Dolly Levi in this production. In the age of YouTube there are many versions of Dolly out there to find by famous divas of the stage and each has made Dolly their own part. Sally Struthers can now be added to that list of 'Dolly divas'. Her little quirks and joyful sounds throughout the production has created a Dolly Levi that those of us in Boise who were lucky enough to see, will not forget.

Dolly may leave Broadway Fresno after one more performance tonight, but in our hearts, Dolly will never go away again. Next to divas Carol Channing and Barbara Streisand, Sally Struthers makes the title character her own.
