If the majority of Broadway ticket-buyers valued great acting as much as they valued celebrity, Marin Ireland would have been an above-the-title, name-in-lights star a long time ago.  Certainly New York's reviewing press, as a whole, has been doing its part to advise playgoers of the strength, intelligence and complexity she consistently brings to her contrasting portrayals in works such as THE RUBY SUNRISE, KILL FLOOR and IRONDALE.

The acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series will continue on March 4 at 8pm, honoring singer-songwriter Adele with a bombshell cast of Broadway stars including Matt Doyle (The Book of Mormon), Bonnie Milligan (Head Over Heels), Wesley Taylor(SpongeBob SquarePants), and Jessica Vosk (Wicked). The one-night-only concert will feature completely new arrangements of the hits of the English singer, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra playing original orchestrations of her music.

Big Apple Circus has kicked off their special programming at the Mirror Room, as part of the Big Apple Circus. This specially made 'Spiegeltent'features three immersive circus installations, great for Instagram, as well as a private bar and can fit up to 300 people. The programming will include performances by Tony Nominated performers, renown comedians, prominent nightlife attractions, and more, spanning the worlds of comedy, and circus.

Broadway talents including Amber Iman (Hamilton), Kristolyn Lloyd (Dear Evan Hansen), and Alysha Umphress (American Idiot) complete the lineup for the next installment of the acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series, honoring singer-songwriter John Legend. Cast members from Broadway shows including Frozen, Wicked, Kinky Boots, and Mean Girls will sing completely new arrangements of the hits of the American singer, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra playing original orchestrations of his music.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 in association with THE CIVILIANS, is proud to present Michael Friedman's The State of The Union Songbook to benefit The Civilians "Michael Friedman Legacy Fund" on Election Night, Tuesday, November 6, for two shows at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM. The cast will include Jill Sobule, Jaime Cepero, Julian Fleisher, Kristolyn Lloyd, Nick Blaemire, Lauren Molina, Michael Winther, Conor Ryan, Wayne Pretlow, Johnny Shea, and Robbie Sublett, who will serve as the host for the evening, in addition to other names to be announced.

Broadway For All announces their seventh groundbreaking year of non-profit theater arts and their New Works Reading this past Friday August 17, 2018 and Final Summer Showcase on Monday August 20, 2018, both held at the Professional Performing Arts High School (328 West 48th Street).

Student rush tickets will be offered for the final two weeks of performances of the Signature Theatre production of Paradise Blue by Obie Award-winning playwright Dominique Morisseau and directed by Tony Award-winner Ruben Santiago-Hudson. Student rush tickets will be sold for $30 when the ground floor Box Office opens each day up until performance time. The tickets are only available for purchase in person at 480 West 42nd Street and are subject to availability. Limit two tickets per person. Valid student ID must be presented at the time of purchase.
