Laguna Playhouse announced, in association with Gare St. Lazare, Ireland and the Rubicon Theatre Company, Faline England, Sorcha Fox, Conor Lovett and Joe Spano starring in the rolling Southern California premiere of THE REALISTIC JONESES, written by Will Eno and directed by Judy Hegarty-Lovett.

Rubicon Theatre Company will present the Southern California premiere of THE REALISTIC JONESES, Wednesday, January 25 at 7:00 pm, with a press opening on Saturday, January 28 at 7:00 pm, running through Sunday, February 12.

David Jonathan Glass’ new play Love and Science in the Time of HIV, directed by Allen MacLeod, will get an industry presentation on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 2 PM. This presentation is produced by In Vivo Productions with Executive Producer Oliver Roth of OHenry Productions.

The Samuel Beckett specialists, Gare St Lazare Ireland have staged Beckett's 1964 novel How It Is over six years. Last month, they reimagined the entire novel for film and they will stream it as part of Dublin Theatre Festival 2021 (Oct 1- 7 2021).

MAYTAG VIRGIN is a slice of life, character-driven romantic comedy about two forty-something school teachers, both widowed, who meet cute in their connecting yards in a fictional town in Alabama. Good fences make good neighbors and their lack of one leads to many challenges, but they are both warm people with good (albeit broken) hearts who keep looking for a way to bond. David Adkins and Kati Brazda are seasoned actors who create indelible impressions of their characters as individuals, and then merge those impressions into a pair whose whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Merrimack Repertory Theatre (MRT) will present Audrey Cefaly's Maytag Virgin, a sweet, Southern romance about starting over again, from January 8 to February 2 at the Nancy L. Donahue Theatre at Liberty Hall, according to Executive Director Bonnie J. Butkas and Interim Artistic Director Terry Berliner. Eleanor Holdridge directs.

Arizona Theatre Company (Sean Daniels, Artistic Director; Billy Russo, Managing Director) will bring the timeless “masterpiece of musical theatre” (Chicago Tribune), Cabaret and its powerful political wallop to the Temple of Music & Art from Nov. 30-Dec. 29 and the Herberger Theater Center from Jan. 4-26.

The three-day event begins with the company launch and fundraiser on Saturday, May 18 at 7pm, followed by two free staged public readings of two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Richard Wilbur's translation of Moliere's THE MISANTHROPE, directed by Moliere in the Park's Founding Artistic Director Lucie Tiberghien, with original songs by Tony and two-time Obie Award winner Stew, on Sunday, May 19 at 7pm and Monday, May 20 at 7pm.

April 29, 2019: Technodramatists, a new theatre and technology company, are pleased to reveal their latest theatrical, artistic and storytelling experimentations. Part stage show, part interactive exhibition, TECHNODRAMATISTS PERFORMANCE LABORATORY is a three-week event showcasing technologically integrated theatre, music and interactive narrative art. The TECHNODRAMATISTS PERFORMANCE LABORATORY will be at TheaterLab (357 West 36th Street, 3rd Floor) from Thursday, June 6 through Saturday, June 22.
