This month, FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond.

In response to the unprecedented challenges the last year brought, WTF embarked upon an innovative artistic endeavor that ensured the voices of their artists could be heard loudly and clearly around the globe. Four of the seven offerings in the 2020 WTF Season on Audible Theatre are World Premiers including the final selection, a new musical, ROW. 

The Williamstown Theatre Festival world premiere musical Row is available worldwide tomorrow, April 8 at 3am ET within the Audible Plus catalog. Row is the final production of the 2020 Williamstown Theatre Festival summer season produced on Audible, the leading creator and provider of premium audio storytelling.

Audible has announced the content they will be releasing in April 2021! Scripted titles include a celebration of legendary jazz singer Billie Holiday with Billie Was a Black Woman written and hosted by Rebecca Carroll; the comedy Hit Job starring Keke Palmer and Pete Davidson and more.

Today, Williamstown Theatre Festival announced additional participants for the 2021 WTF Gala taking place virtually on Wednesday, April 7. Joining the festivities will be Olivier Award nominee Wendell Pierce (Death of a Salesman) who is a co-founder of Black Theatre United, a partner in WTF’s new Early Career BIPOC Theatre-Makers Program.

Max Grossman will be premiering a video tribute to Jeanine tomorrow night, Thursday March 4th. Premiering at 8pm EST, the video will feature  Laurie Veldheer, Nic Rouleau, Rachel Prather, Andrea Prestinario, Talia Suskauer, Kendyl Ito, Ben Crawford, Kara Lindsay, Anthony Lee Medina, Kerstin Anderson, John Battagliese, and Daniel Yearwood and more!

Celebrating its 75th Anniversary as “The Miracle of the Forest,” Forestburgh Playhouse will present DIAMOND DELIRIUM, a virtual party and fundraiser, to be streamed on Wednesday, February 24. The evening kicks off at 6:30PM with a VIP Pre-Show Cocktail Party hosted by FB Playhouse alum Morgan James and Nicholas Rodriguez.

Williamstown Theatre Festival announced today that the 2021 WTF Gala will take place virtually on Wednesday, April 7. The Gala will start at 7:30 PM ET, preceded by an interactive VIP pre-show for event sponsors and virtual table buyers, and will feature musical performances and special appearances from beloved friends of the Festival.

Ryan Scott Oliver and Very Intensive Productions have announced the release of Future Demons, an album of songs based on tales by acclaimed 1950s psychological horror author Shirley Jackson, composed by Ryan Scott Oliver with words by Jackson and Oliver. 

New York Theatre Barn will host a free live stream of its New Works Series on Wednesday, July 29th, 2020 at 7PM EDT, featuring excerpts from the new musicals A Crossing and Forget Me Not. The 45-minute presentation will also feature a conversation with the creators of the new musicals.

Kate Hall & Gary Lynch and The Lisa Cleff Kurtz and Michael Kurtz Foundation, in association with Less Than Rent Theatre, will release the studio cast recording of American Morning, with book, music and lyrics by Timothy Huang.

For BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON, Michael Friedman whipped up an emo rock score that comically skewered white male privilege. For LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST his music and lyrics embraced the open-hearted awkwardness of lovers testing the waters of adulthood, and in THE FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, they nostalgically provided a tapestry of pop harmonies, soul and rap. And then there was the abundance of fresh material created for The Civilians, the investigative theatre company he co-founded.
