Songwriter, vocalist, and music producer Michael Berns has been keeping busy during these quarantined times producing a six-song EP of his theatrical show BLOOD ROCK: THE MUSICAL. With the able vocal assist from his Broadway friends (Andy Mientus, Damon Daunno, Jennifer DiNola and Robert Torti), and his new writing partner Ralph Pezzullo, Broadway Sings Blood Rock The Musical has been created.

'Broadway Sings Blood Rock: The Musical,' a new EP comprised of six songs from the acclaimed 2018 stage play 'Blood Rock: The Musical' created by Michael Berns, has received a worldwide release on all streaming music platforms, including iTunes and Apple Music.

The new EP features the singing of four top Broadway stars: 2019 Tony Award nominee Damon Daunno (Curly in Broadway's 'Oklahoma!'); 1987 Tony Award nominee Robert Torti (Greaseball from 'Starlight Express'); Andy Mientus (Broadway's 'Les Misérables,' and in the role of the Pied Piper on the CW TV series 'The Flash'); and Jennifer DiNola (Elphaba in Broadway's 'Wicked').

A-Five, six, seven, eight! 45 years to the day after the curtain first rose on 'A Chorus Line,' Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley announced today that many members of the original cast of the singular sensation will come together on 'Stars In The House' LIVE Saturday, July 25th at 8 PM ET on the Stars In The House YouTube channel.

When Covid lockdowns were announced, many live performances were re-envisioned as virtual experiences. A group of seniors at the LA LGBT Center was determined to proceed with the spring production, even when it meant learning some new technology.

Casting has been announced for the Los Angeles LGBT Center's Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center's production of the iconic musical Hair. Under the direction of Kate Sullivan with musical direction by Jared Stein, there will be two preview performances on Wednesday, March 25, and Thursday, March 26, at 8pm. Opening is set for Friday, March 27, at 8pm in the Davidson/Valentini Theatre. The regular performance schedule will be Friday and Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 7pm through April 26.

But this sharp-tongued celebrity slips on a patch of ice outside the front door and injures his hip. Confined to the house for a month, he drives his hosts mad by insulting them, monopolizing their world, wreaking havoc with romantic antics and receiving a constant stream of bizarre guests, including performers, scientists, penguins and even paroled convicts. As Christmas Day approaches mayhem ensues and fate delivers a comeuppance.

Kay Cole and Barry Pearl join the cast of the Group Rep's production of Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman's beloved farce THE MAN WHO CAME TO DINNER, directed by Bruce Kimmel and produced by Doug Haverty.   The play runs December 6, 2019 through January 12, 2020 at the Lonny Chapman Theatre in North Hollywood, California.

The 101st Kritzerland show is also the ninth anniversary show!  Yes, it's Kritzerland's ninth anniversary and it's going to be a fun show, filled with classic songs from musical theatre and film, and, as always, some incredibly rare material you won't hear at any other shows.  Kritzerland did its very first show in September 2010 and the shows are still going strong.

On the day the Obergefell Vs. Hodges ruling was announced, a group of LGBTQ seniors was busy rehearsing a show. There was so much excitement about the legalization of gay marriage, the performers could barely concentrate. This group of people, ages 60 - 91, had seen the full spectrum of gay rights, played out in their lifetimes.
