Mindy Kaling and B.J. Novak have joined as co-hosts for the multi-hour commencement broadcast #Graduation2020: Facebook and Instagram Celebrate the Class of 2020, on May 15th at 11AM PT/2PM ET.

SHOWTIME has announced that the third season of its drama series THE CHI, which will feature series creator and Emmy® winner Lena Waithe (Queen & Slim, Boomerang) in a multi-episode arc as a Chicago mayoral candidate, will debut on Sunday, July 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. The announcement was made today by Gary Levine, President of Entertainment, Showtime Networks Inc., at the Television Critics Association's Winter Press Tour.

Oprah Winfrey Network announced today the new night and time for the second half of season three of its hit docu-series, “Black Love,” which returns with all new episodes on Friday, November 8 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. The series, which celebrates love stories from the Black community, will anchor a new night of original holiday movies about African American families.

Today, E! announced the commencement of voting for the 2019 “E! People's Choice Awards,” celebrating all forms of entertainment, chosen entirely by the people.  Starting with the fan nomination week back in August, E! engaged fans worldwide to submit their favorites in the various categories. OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network announced today the third season of its popular docu-series “Black Love” will premiere on Saturday, August 10 at 9:00 p.m. ETPT. The series, which celebrates love stories from the Black community, ranked number one last season in its Saturday night time slot across broadcast and cable with African American W25-54 and W18-49.

The 5th longest running musical in Off-Broadway history, NEWSical The Musical, the 2011 winner of the Off-Broadway Alliance Award for Best Musical,  will be ending its historic run on June 17th.

The much speculated upon final track listing for AVICII: TIM, due June 6, is below. TIM is the first album of new music from Bergling since his unexpected death last year.  Work on a few of the tracks had been completed but several more needed final touches.   Bergling had left very clear notes about how he wanted to finish the music and who his production partners should be. You'll find them in the credits below.

The 23rd Annual American Black Film Festival (ABFF) is excited to announce their distinctive 2019 lineup of narrative features, documentaries and short films in competition. Films are set to screen in Miami from June 13-15 at the Regal Cinemas South Beach and the New World Center.

On Jan 26th, 2019 NEWSical The Musical, the 10th longest running Off-Broadway show and 3rd longest running musical revue in NY history, will be celebrating its 3000th performance at Theatre Row.  To celebrate the milestone the show will be receiving a proclamation from Speaker of the City Council, Corey Johnson, as well as a proclamation from the New York State Assembly.

CBS has announced the 12 Celebrity Houseguests who will star in the second celebrity edition of BIG BROTHER in the U.S. This season's cast includes Olympians, a former Heisman Trophy winner and NFL running back, a headline-making political strategist, a former teen heartthrob, a GRAMMY-nominated musician, a former WWE wrestler and an infamous Houseguest, among others. BIG BROTHER: CELEBRITY EDITION launches with a two-night premiere event Monday, Jan. 21 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and Tuesday, Jan. 22 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Julie Chen Moonves returns as the host.
