ROCK OF AGES will host special 'Yankees Night' at New World Stages on Wednesday, July 31 at 8PM, to benefit the Carlos Beltran Foundation. Six-time All-Star CC Sabathia will make his stage debut in a one-night-only cameo in the musical's 10th Anniversary production, followed by a special curtain call dedication by current and former Yankee players.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that PUFFS or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic, New York's long-running hit comedy, will play its final performance at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street) on August 18, 2019.

The complete cast has just been announced for the 10th Anniversary Production of ROCK OF AGES, opening this summer at New World Stages (340 W 50th St). Nominated for five Tony Awards during its record-breaking Broadway run, this return engagement begins performances on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 for a 16-week limited run through Sunday, October 6, 2019.

Tickets are now on-sale for the New York Premiere of the new musical comedy BROADWAY BOUNTY HUNTER, opening Off-Broadway this summer at Greenwich House Theater (27 Barrow Street). The follow-up to his viral smash hit Be More Chill which made its Broadway bow this spring, BROADWAY BOUNTY HUNTER features music and lyrics by two-time Drama Desk Award nominee Joe Iconis ('Smash', The Black Suits, Bloodsong of Love at Ars Nova), who also co-wrote the book with Lance Rubin (Denton Little's Deathdate), and Jason SweetTooth Williams (Be More Chill). Directed and choreographed by Jennifer Werner (The Book of Mormon Supervising Associate Director), BROADWAY BOUNTY HUNTER begins previews Tuesday, July 9, 2019, with an official opening night of Tuesday, July 23, for a limited engagement of ten weeks through Sunday, September 15.

PUFFS - which just celebrated its 750th show off Broadway, is currently enjoying a record-breaking run at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street). From its origins at the Peoples Improv Theater in 2015 to its official Off-Broadway opening at the Elektra Theater in 2016, and now entertaining over 100,000 audience members worldwide, PUFFS continues its remarkable journey. PUFFS or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic, New York's long-running hit comedy, will celebrate its landmark 750th performance Off Broadway with the announcement that Del Rey Books will publish PUFFS: The Essential Companion, the official behind-the-scenes companion to the show. This illustrated guide includes a full script of the play annotated with insights from creator Matt Cox, and a wealth of material including interviews with cast and crew, production photos and designs, deleted and alternate scenes, and much more. The book, featuring extra material written by Jason Fry, will be published on November 5.

In a recent interview with the New York Times, Be More Chill composer Joe Iconis revealed that an off-Broadway production of Broadway Bounty Hunter, starring Annie Golden, is in the works.
