 Les Miserables - The Staged Concert returned to the stage last night, 20 May. Theatre fans have been so excited to get back to the theatre, and have shown their love for the show on social media.

Les Misérables -The Staged Concert made its triumphant return to the Sondheim Theatre on 20 May 2021!

Performances are set to return for Les Misérables -The Staged Concert at the Sondheim Theatre on 20 May 2021, booking until 5 September 2021.   

Performances of Les Miserables: The Staged Concert have been cancelled between 16 – 28 February 2021.

Performances began on 5 December 2020 for Les Misérables -The Staged Concert at the Sondheim Theatre with the run - which has been extended twice - now concluding on 28 February 2021.

FX today announced the premiere date for Black Narcissus, a three-episode limited series from writer Amanda Coe.

Based on Julian Jarrold's 2005 British independent film of the same name which was inspired by a true story, Kinky Boots tells the story of Charlie Price, who inherits a shoe factory from his father. To save the business, Charlie forms an unlikely partnership with cabaret performer and drag queen, Lola. With Lola's help, Charlie develops a plan to produce a line of high-heeled boots. In the process, he and Lola discover that they are not so different after all.

From February 11th-16th, North Carolina Theatre will be presenting a production of Harvey Fierstein & Cyndi Lauper's 2013 Tony-winning musical, Kinky Boots, at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium. I recently had the great pleasure of interviewing Nathan Peck, who will be directing and choreographing the production.

Sister Rosetta Tharpe. Have you heard of her? Maybe not (I know I hadn't before last night). But even if you're unfamiliar with her, you're more than likely familiar with one of the many artists she's influenced. But even beyond that, you want to catch this for the insanely powerful performance of Carrie Compere as Tharpe, who will have you rockin' in your seat as she tears the roof off the Rep.

Cameron Mackintosh announced today casting for the second year of the UK and Ireland tour of his acclaimed production of the Boublil and Schönberg musical a?oeLES MISERABLESa??. From 18 November 2019 Dean Chisnall will play 'Jean Valjean', Nic Greenshields 'Javert', Katie Hall 'Fantine', Ian Hughes 'Thénardier', Harry Apps 'Marius', Charlie Burn 'Cosette', Barnaby Hughes 'Enjolras' and Helen Walsh 'Madame Thénardier'.

This summer, Chicago Shakespeare Theater presents the 75-minute musical stage adaptation of the timeless 1939 MGM film The Wizard of Oz, directed by Brian Hill and choreographed by Kenny Ingram. New Jersey Repertory Company (NJ Rep) will present 'Surfing My DNA' by actressplaywright, Jodi Long from Thursday, May 2 through Sunday, May 26, 2019. Directed by Eric Rosen, the play stars Jodi Long and features composermusician Yukio Tsuji. Broadwayworld.com had the pleasure of interviewing Jodi Long about her career and the upcoming show.

Drury Lane Theatre for Young Audiences presents You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, based on the beloved comic strip Peanuts by Charles M. Schulz, with book, music and lyrics by Clark Gesner. This revised version features additional dialogue by Michael Mayer and additional music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa. This production is directed and choreographed by Scott Calcagno with music direction by Ellen Morris. You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown runs March 7 June 15, 2019, at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace.
