They're on the move! A Bronx Tale has just announced a national tour heading out in Fall 2018.

The Hollywood Pantages, a Nederlander Theatre, is proud to announce the 2018-19 Season, consisting of seven productions including a Tony®-Winning Best Musical Revival, direct-from-Broadway L.A. Premieres, and highly-anticipated returns of long-running Broadway Blockbusters.

The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts' 11th season of Kravis On Broadway will rock and roar, serving up a sensational line-up of seven Broadway blockbuster hits including multiple Tony Award winners and Kravis Center debuts.

Moderated by Theatre Forward Executive Director Bruce E. Whitacre, the exclusive luncheon will explore the current Broadway landscape with some of Broadway's leading players and stars, with a panel that includes Heather A. Hitchens, President and CEO of the American Theatre Wing; Keegan-Michael Key, Emmy-winning actor, comedian, writer and producer (Meteor Shower, Hamlet, "Key and Peele"); John Leguizamo, Emmy and Obie Award-winning actor and playwright (Latin History for Morons, Freak, Mambo Mouth); Daryl Roth, award-winning Broadway producer (Kinky Boots, Indecent); Lea Salonga, Tony Award-winning actor (Once On This Island, Miss Saigon, Les Miserables) and Irene Sankoff and David Hein, the Tony-nominated and Outer Critics Circle and Drama Desk Award-winning songwriting and book-writing team behind Come From Away.

5100 Films, 103rd Street Productions, Kampfire Films, Red Spear Productions and Writer/Director Alex Goldberg (Off Broadway's It Is Done) are pleased to announce the World Premiere of Goldberg's CLOSURE at the D.C. Independent Film Festival. The festival, which takes place February 14 -19, 2018, was founded in 1999 to nurture independent film. CLOSURE will World Premiere at 7:45pm on Saturday Feb 17th. Two-time Tony and GRAMMY Award winner Patti LuPone returns to the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts (The Wallis), as part of the acclaimed Broadway @ The Wallis series, for a one-night-only Valentine's Day event featuring two intimate concerts at 7:30pm and 9:30pm on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. The Broadway legend will be joined on stage by Broadway @ The Wallis series host and music director Seth Rudetsky who wrote and starred in the Broadway musical Disaster! in a not-to-be-missed night of singing and conversation produced by Mark Cortale. The Shubert Theatre may be getting a fresh marquee this week, with Bernadette Peters' name in lights, but 54 years ago today, Dolly Gallagher Levi made her very first appearance on Broadway.

Bernadette Peters begins performances as Dolly Levi in Hello, Dolly! this Saturday, January 22. Mindy Davis, a fan who works next door to the Shubert Theater captured an epic timelapse video of Peters' name going up in lights!

This weekend marked the final performances for many of the show's original cast members, including Taylor Trensch, Beanie Feldstein, David Hyde Pierce, and Tony winner Bette Midler.

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that along with departing cast members Bette Midler, David Hyde Pierce and Taylor Trensch, Beanie Feldstein will also play her final performance this evening as Minnie Fay.

The producers of Broadway's hit musical, A Bronx Tale, will make a donation of $4.00 for every ticket sold to performances from January 16 through January 21 through The Child Reach Foundation to help families affected by the fire that burned the apartment building located on Prospect Avenue in the Belmont section of the Bronx on December 28th, 2017. The deadliest New York City fire in the past 25 years, the Bronx Fire took the lives of thirteen men, women and children.
