Joshua Homme's collaborative motley crew Desert Sessions follow up the recent fever dream vision of their “Easier Said Than Done” clip with the latest music video from Desert Sessions Vols. 11 & 12 (aka respectively Arrivederci Despair and Tightwads & Nitwits & Critics & Heels) (Matador): 'If You Run.” Directed by filmmaker / actor Rio Hackford, “If You Run” stars Homme and DS newcomer Libby Grace as a mysterious hitchhiker, following them on a sinister trip through the Joshua Tree desert, culminating in a freakishly hallucinatory finale set at the famed Rancho De La Luna studio. Hackford's “If You Run” visualization also stars DS collaborators Billy Gibbons, Dave Catching, Matt Sweeney, Stella Mozgawa, and Carla Azar.

The Australian Ballet's 2020 contemporary triple bill Volt features two highly acclaimed, lightning-fast works by a giant of the contemporary ballet world, Wayne McGregor, and one brand-new work by the company's resident choreographer, the Helpmann Award-winning Alice Topp. Volt will set pulses racing at Arts Centre Melbourne from 13 to 24 March, and at the Sydney Opera House from 3 to 22 April.

A limited tri-color edition will be available at Third Man Records storefronts tomorrow, Saturday, December 14, while supplies last. The radio edit of “Help Me Stranger” does not include the acoustic intro of the song and the alternate version of “Somedays” is a non-album version of the track, with an alternate acoustic interlude.

Darkroom/Interscope Records artist Billie Eilish, accompanied by her brother and chief collaborator FINNEAS, performed an intimate acoustic set for a room of excited fans and friends in The Blue Room at Nashville's Third Man Records last night. The set was recorded live on Third Man's direct-to-acetate system, and the vinyl version will be available in December only at Third Man retail locations in Nashville and Detroit. There will be a limited edition black & blue version for attendees only, featuring one-of-a-kind artwork created by Billie Eilish during her evening spent at Third Man headquarters.
