Wise Children's adaptation of Enid Blyton's Malory Towers, co-produced by York Theatre Royal in association with Bristol Old Vic, will star Rebecca Collingwood as Gwendoline Lacey, Mirabelle Gremaud as Irene Bartlett, Vinnie Heaven as Bill Robinson, Izuka Hoyle as Darrell Rivers, Renee Lamb as Alicia Johns, Francesca Mills as Sally Hope and Rose Shalloo as Mary Lou Atkinson. Adapted and directed by Emma Rice, the musical opens on 25 July 2019 at The Passenger Shed in the company's home city of Bristol, before embarking on a national tour to Cambridge, York, Exeter, Manchester and Oxford. After roles in Channel 4's Pure (Libby), ITV's Unforgotten (Sandra Rayworth) and a lead alongside Sharon Small and Hugo Speer in Acorn TV's new cop drama (coming to a UK channel later this year) London Kills (Billie Fitzgerald) - actor/writer/singer-songwriter Tori Allen-Martin returns to the stage with her furious new play, KARLA HAS A VOICE. Tori who was named as one of the BBC'S New Talent Hotlist in 2017 is excited to be premiering the new work in a reading at The Park as part of the Prism Project on Wednesday April 10th at 4pm. Ghostlight Records has announced the release of the Original London Cast Recording of Stephen Schwartz's WORKING on Friday, March 2. The album is being released following a hugely successful run at Southwark Playhouse, directed by Luke Sheppard in Summer 2017. This will be the first recording of WORKING since the Original Broadway Cast Recording in 1978 and will feature never before released tracks by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
