What did our critic think of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS at North Shore Center For The Performing Arts, Skokie, IL?
The cast here is immaculate, and LITTLE SHOP is a character actor’s dream come true. Everyone gets to play bigger and broader, and we get to see them have a ball, bringing these kooky archetypes to life. They are all pitch-perfect and create a wonderfully realized revival of this show for Houston just in time for Halloween.
Music Theater Works’ is presenting its third production of its 2024 season, Little Shop of Horrors, in the North Theatre at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie, running through November 17. Check out production photos here!

Little Shop of Horrors is a show that continues to capture the audience’s imagination, and with stunning choreography and stellar acting, this production at Keystone Theatrics does not disappoint.
While the show’s darker ending may leave younger audiences a bit shell-shocked, there’s no denying the infectious energy of this production. The songs, the performances, and the fun all come together in a show that will have you humming 'Bop sh-bop' long after the final curtain.
