Linda Purl has the kind of career that actors dream of. Since she began in the 70s on the daytime drama Secret Storm, she has rarely had a period in which she was not working. She has appeared in films like Crazy Mama, Visiting Hours, Mighty Joe Young, and Fear of the Dark. She has appeared on Broadway in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and Getting and Spending, and Off-Broadway in The Baby Dance. With over 50 television movies to her credit, she is a perennial presence on the small screen. She has had recurring roles on Matlock, Murder, She Wrote, The Office, Homeland, and The Oath, among dozens of others. She has the distinction of having played two different characters on the classic sitcom Happy Days. In Season 2, she played Richie Cunningham's girlfriend Gloria. Eight seasons later she played the Fonz's fianceé, Ashley.

Comedy Works has announced that Jeff Dye will perform at Comedy Works South at the Landmark.
On Saturday, May 22nd at 7:00pm EST, Play-PerView will live stream AYA or Dear Lover by Fernanda Coppel (King Liz, “How To Get Away With Murder”). Directed by Estefania Fadul, this production will feature Raul Castillo (“Looking,” “Atypical”), Tina Huang (“Rizzoli & Isles,” “Arrow”), and Roxana Ortega (“The Casagrandes,” “American Vandal”).
In addition to contributing the original single “Seeds” the film, Yoke Lore and longtime collaborator Ariel Loh composed the score to Pink Skies Ahead. Galvin says “Ariel and I have made some ventures into other sonic realms before, but never scored an entire film.”

Disappointment has turned into opportunity for Mr. Contratti's Fourth Grade Class. When the students' trip to see The Music Man was canceled due to the Broadway shutdown and ongoing health crisis, they decided to bring Broadway to Long Island. Over the past year, the Broadway babies of Garden City Park School have conducted virtual interviews with theatre legends right from their classroom, researching their guests by listening to their music, watching them perform on Youtube and coming up with their very own burning questions.

These new features include: a behind-the-scenes MAKING-OF short documentary; a new BEHIND THE SCENES interview and performance of “Next Year” and more.

Overall, Happy Days-The Musical is a good time for those old and young. Kudos as usual, to Dutch Apple for providing enjoyable entertainment and tasty food in a safe environment.
