On Friday, October 4 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, Travel Channel will premiere 'Haunted Salem: Live' - a special four-hour LIVE ghost investigation in and around the historic city, led by a team of the network's biggest paranormal stars. The night will culminate with a séance conducted simultaneously by the teams from each of the three locations.

Merely Marvelous: The Dancing Genius of Gwen Verdon an intimate documentary of Broadway's greatest dancer, the brilliant Gwen Verdon, produced, written and directed by Chris Johnson and Ken Bloom will premiere on AMAZON PRIME VIDEO on today, September 20th.

A two-piano arrangement of Stravinsky's Rite of Spring yields the anarchic energy of acrobats caught in a life-and-death struggle. Circa appeared in the U.S. premiere of How Like an Angel in the 2014 White Light Festival.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, former 'The Big Bang Theory' onscreen lovebirds Mayim Bialik and Jim Parsons will reunite for a new comedy, 'Carla,' on Fox.

The opening of the 17th season of Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance at The Music Center (Dance at The Music Center), programmed by TMC Arts, will sparkle as two of the world's preeminent arts organizations, Mariinsky Ballet and Mariinsky Orchestra, return to Los Angeles with five performances of George Balanchine's Jewels at The Music Center's Dorothy Chandler Pavilion from October 24a?"27, 2019. Jewels, a fan favorite, was choreographed by Balanchine in 1967 and is considered the first great three-act abstract ballet. The jewel motif, sustained by costumes and décor, is actually a device to unify sections that would otherwise be disparate; each act is distinct in its style and choreographed to music by a different composer. Since receiving its first performance at the Mariinsky in 1999, Jewels has become a core part of the company's repertoire.

The Walnut Street Theatre opens its 2019-20 Independence Studio on 3 season with Steve Martin's new comedy, METEOR SHOWER. Directed by Debi Marcucci, the production begins previews on September 10, opens September 19, and has already been extended through October 27.

Actress/playwright/stand-up comedian Nancy Redman returns to the United Solo Theatre Festival with her new one-woman show At Wit's End: A Home for Retired Comics, directed by Bill Cosgriff, Saturday October 19 at 2 PM at Theatre Row, 410 West 42nd Street. Nancy is delighted to have as director of her new show the multi-talented Bill Cosgriff, an award winning playwright, actor, and director. Nancy's past three appearances on the United Solo Theatre Festival - the world's largest solo theatre festival currently in its 10th anniversary season - earned her three special awards. For her one-woman shows: The Doctor Is Not In and CLUTTER: I'm Saving My Life and It's Killing Me, she was honored with the Best Comedian Award. For her EMERGENCY A La Carte, she was named Best Stand-Up.
