Classic Stage Company has released a clip of Ethan Slater and Will Swenson singing 'Ballad of Guiteau'  from their recent production of Assassins! 

Tessa Peake-Jones (Grantchester, Only Fools and Horses) and Gwyneth Strong (Only Fools and Horses, EastEnders) will star together in the touring stage adaption of the hugely popular Ladies of Letters. Learn more about the production, including the full schedule and tickets information.

Today Keen Company began rehearsals for the World Premiere of the new comedy This Space Between Us by Peter Gil-Sheridan (The Rafa Play), directed by Keen Artistic Director Silverstein. 

The Audio Publishers Association (APA) have announced finalists for the 2022 Audie Awards. Finalists include Cynthia Erivo for Best Female Narrator and Lin-Manuel Miranda for Best Male Narrator. Play On is a new collaboration between Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru, Theatr Clwyd and National Theatre Wales to find new and exciting scripts and plays by playwrights based in Wales. 

Music Theater Works is proud to announce the cast for its spring production of the Tony-Award winning La Cage Aux Folles, music and lyrics by Jerry Herman, book by Harvey Fierstein, directed by Producing Artistic Director Kyle Dougan and music directed by Kyra Leigh with choreography by Christopher Chase Carter. 

The Old Globe announced today it has received a $2 million gift from Paula and Brian Powers to create the Powers New Works Fund. The gift was made to support new play development at The Old Globe and is in addition to the couple’s previous contributions supporting the organization’s general operating fund and annual Powers New Voices Festival.

Based on Isaac Asimov’s stories, and featuring an international cast led by Harris and Pace, alongside rising stars Lou Llobell and Leah Harvey, the monumental adaptation of “Foundation” chronicles the stories of four crucial individuals transcending space and time as they overcome deadly crises. The cast also includes Laura Born and Terrance Mann.

Bergen County Players will present the knockout, mile-a-minute, show-within-a-show-stopping MOON OVER BUFFALO, opening on February 12.

Pace University's Actors Studio Drama School (ASDS) Master of Fine Arts Program today announced the homecoming of their acting, directing, and playwriting Class of 2021 with four consecutive weeks of live performances, beginning February 9, 2022.

Elwood P. Dowd is an affable man who claims to have an unseen (and presumably imaginary) friend Harvey — whom Elwood describes as a six-and-a-half-foot-tall rabbit pooka resembling an anthropomorphic rabbit. Elwood introduces Harvey to everyone he meets. His social-climbing sister, Veta, increasingly finds his eccentric behavior embarrassing.

This is one of the better productions of this play that I have reviewed.

The Chickenshed Theatre is set to stage Eunoia, which is a series of monologues and duologues from Tuesday, 8 February until Saturday, 19 February. Performances are to be held at The Chickenshed Theatre, Chase Side, Southgate, London N14 4PE and will take place at 7:30pm.

Acclaimed actor Davis Gaines, who has performed the title role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera over 2,000 times, will be featured in Orlando Shakes' next production, The Fantasticks, which runs February 2-26.
