TVGuide has confirmed TEEN WOLF alum Colton Haynes has secured himself a major role on The CW's ARROW - that of Roy Harper. Harper, who made his comic debut in 1941, has been known under many aliases: Speedy, Arsenal, and Red Arrow. Regardless of his superhero identity, he's always been the Green Arrow's sidekick.
