Currently starring in the Tony Award-winning Best Musical Hadestown as ‘Persephone,’ Betty Who is best known for her chart-topping singles such as “I Love You Always Forever” and “Somebody Loves You.” With this year's concert also featuring Kristin Chenoweth, Shoshana’s Apollo holiday shows have become a magical NYC tradition.
Shoshana and Kristin’s enduring friendship dates back to 2003 when their paths crossed at Broadway’s Wicked. The two have maintained an off-stage friendship since and recently connected on the green carpet for Wicked’s 20th Anniversary celebration. In 2019, Shoshana joined Kristin as her special guest in her Broadway residency “For the Girls”.
The Broadway star will take the audience on a soul-filled musical joyride with her powerful vocals, magnetic stage presence and impeccable interpretations of holiday classics. Shoshana will be joined by her Arranger/Music Director David Cook, an extraordinary band and some very special guest stars who will be announced in the coming weeks.

There was nothing humdrum or lazy about last evening’s late summer Gavin Creel concert at Kennedy Center. The Broadway performer with just two other musicians ignited the stage and audience in the Terrace Theater with an evening of some familiar tunes mixed with a good chunk of songs from Creel’s upcoming musical at MCC in NY called Walk On Through: Confessions of A Museum Novice for which he is the creator of.
