The Den Theatre has announced that Chicago-based stand-up comedian Beth Stelling will be performing on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 7:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on The Heath Mainstage.

JOY RIDE stars Ashley Park, Sherry Cola, Stephanie Hsu and Sabrina Wu were joined by their co-stars Annie Mumolo, Alexander Hodge, Baron Davis, Chris Pang, Daniel Dae Kim, David Denman, Debbie Fan, Lori Tan Chinn and Rohain Arora. Check out photos from the premiere now!

“Platonic” follows a platonic pair of former best friends approaching midlife (Rogen and Byrne) who reconnect after a long rift. Comedy Works has announced that Beth Stelling will perform at Comedy Works Downtown in Larimer Square. Beth Stelling is a stand-up comedian, writer and actress based in Los Angeles. 

Irina Maleeva (The Merchant of Venice) is set to recur on the show, along with Christopher Stanley (Mad Men), W Earl Brown (The Book of Boba Fett), and Josh Pais (The Dropout), while James Remar (Yellowstone), Paul Ben-Victor (Pam & Tommy) and Hilda Boulware (Modern Family) are set for guest-starring roles.

Cast slated to appear in the series will include Rosanna Arquette (Florida Man, Love is Love is Love), Melinda McGraw (Mad Men and The Dark Knight), Frank Grillo (Kingdom, Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard), Dennis Haysbert (Lucifer, The Unit), and Dee Wallace (E.T., Cujo).

Disney+ announced that Saara Chaudry ('The Mysterious Benedict Society,' 'Holly Hobbie') and Anders Holm ('Workaholics,' 'Inventing Anna') have been cast as Hannah and JJ in the live-action series, 'The Muppets Mayhem,' joining Lilly Singh ('A Little Late with Lilly Singh,' “Dollface”) and Tahj Mowry ('Smart Guy,' 'Baby Daddy').

The series also comes from executive producers Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Loreli Alanis (Point Grey Pictures); Megan Ellison (Annapurna); Michael Sagol, Bert Hamelinck (Caviar) The series will be produced by Caviar and by Rogen and Goldberg through their overall deal with Lionsgate.

Beth Stelling is a stand-up comedian, writer and actress based in Los Angeles.  Her one-hour stand-up special produced by Conan O'Brien is currently streaming on HBO Max.  

In this series from Seth Rogen and Sarah Silverman, intrepid elf Candy Smalls (Silverman) will do anything to be named as the first female Santa – even if she has to fight like a man to get it. The cast of the new series also features Leslie Grossman, Gabourey Sidibe, Craig Robinson, Nicholas Braun, Maria Bamford and Joel Kim Booster.
